Stayed here before several years ago. The restaurant needs upgrading as it hasn’t changed and tables are old and worn. Older rooms are also looking dated.

The staff were excellent and the room was absolutely fantastic. Dinner was lovely with a beef salad that was outstanding.

Tables left untidy

Have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the last few years and they’ve had some renovations since I last stayed which look great. Friendly attentive staff, great food in the restaurant and very clean and tidy as always.

Perfectly fine, just very corporate. Looking at the name and the default picture on the listing made it seem more cozy, but the rooms are as pictured. The bathroom had outdated plumbing, but was clean. They had room service.

Great Hotel, staff are very helpful and approachable

My friends and I lived the place. Very clean. Staff very professional but friendly. There were a common ice machine in the corridor and tea facilities in the room. Food was superb. We wished we were staying longer as it was so nice and peaceful. Would definitely use this hotel again. Thank you.

I really didn't like my first room 201 it was.a standard rooms but for me it wasn't up to the price tag. It was too hot not enough power points.But I did get upgraded to the club house which is much nicer. I was also disappointed the swimming pool you have to pay per session. When I chose the hotel based on a swimming pool I expected to use all the time. As a result from what I saw in the gym the pool was mostly not used.

Comfortable and convenient for breaking a trip north. The hotel is located within easy reach of the m6, providing a warm welcome, to the weary traveler. The room was fairly basic but comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Would stay again.convenient and accessible location

Probably one of the best Best Westerns I have stayed in. Modern, comfortable rooms with great amenities. A lovely restaurant area with great food and staff!

Stayed here for a couple of nights and can not complain. The spa was very relaxing, I had a massage and a swim/sauna afterwards. The food was superb, breakfast and dinner were both amazing. My room was quiet and had everything I needed, blackout curtains and comfy bed meant a great night's sleep. The staff are incredible and really made my stay that much more enjoyable. I will definitely stay again. Thank you Barton Manor.

We're a family of five with three young children and finding comfortable rooms to house all five of us are usually hard to come by. I was delighted to find a large room waiting for us with central partition; all the children's beds (one double one sofabed) all made up. There was plenty of room to fit us all. I normally sleep poorly in hotels and in particular usually find a lack of pillows but can honestly say I had the best night's sleep I have ever experienced in a hotel. Access to the pool was included in our package which we utilised in the morning and the breakfast was super. I'd have no problem in recommending this hotel for all families.

Check in was very quick and professional, the room was what you'd expect it to be I.E Clean & tidy. Tea and Coffee were on hand with some welcome biscuits. Evening meal was very acceptable with a decent choice on the menu and the food at breakfast was fresh and had plenty of choice. I didn't use the gym or spa facilities so cant comment on those aspects, but all in all, it's a nice place to stay

So many good things about this hotel but the service in the restaurant was charmless at breakfast and non-existent when we wanted to eat last night. We waited several minutes to be seated without so much as a nod, so I asked at the bar for a table. Three staff then went back and forth past us without acknowledging us at all. It was a Sunday night, there were only two other tables busy, that I could see. I gave up and left.

The hotel and staff seemed amazing and very helpful unfortunatley the bedding wasnt in the cleanest conditions

Even though we had a great check in the evening meal was not great so we didn’t stay for breakfast and we asked 3 times for milk as it’s not in the room and i had to go to reception and get it myself.
