Needs more food options

Loved the room and location! Food and drinks could be better better, but definitely a solid place to experience

Excellent all around

The quality of food was really lacking. There was a consistency of very little flavor in the foods prepared. But on a pisitive note, the staff was great. Would I return? No.

Great place to stay

Traveling with a 3 year old and grandparents this resort was top notch . They had everything that kept us occupied and fun for a week. I would definitely will come back yearly with my toddler and parents .

The staff was phenomenal!! I have never been anywhere and been treated any better. Hated to leave. Hugged several of the staff before I left because they felt like family

Mattress needs replacing

The VIP experience was only someone helping us with check in instead of the counter. So they changed our room to a king bed which was accommodating. This property has downgraded a lot since our stay . We have referred 2 families here and we will not refer anyone else. Now the wait staff was excellent. Thanks

The bad thing, really bad, are the salespeople who offer you a Wyndham Club membership! They trick you by saying they'll give you a discount on a massage if you just listen to a 90-minute talk while you have breakfast. But they spend two hours or more pressuring you to join. And when you finally say no, they get upset and send you to the supervisor to pressure you even more. If you continue to say no, they send someone else. In total, they ended up upset with us and saying unpleasant things to us. The next day, they don't even say hello if they see you. It was truly a super unpleasant experience. That alone was enough for us to decide never to go to that hotel again. The good thing is that the concierge (Barbara) was very attentive and helpful. Some restaurant employees treat tourists better than locals.
