Lovely stay at this comfortable friendly hotel. Special mention to the very helpful Victoria on reception who provided excellent customer service.

All the polish of a hotel but the independence of an apartment. The place was pristine and conveniently located within large suitcase rolling distance of the train station and next to a park that was beautiful in the spring with the stunning backdrop of the mountains.

This is for sure one of the best hotels we have stayed at. I would rate it even more than 5 stars. The reception manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We highly recommend this hotel.

Apartment stay perfect for us. Great location, team stops right outside or an easy 10 minute walk to the town centre. Apartment lovely and warm after a day out exploring in the cold. Welcome card useful - free public transport including the airport bus. Steam room and sauna great - modern, clean and seem not to be overused. Great stay. Vielen dank

Great stay, apartments are well equipped, spacious and bright. They are perfectly located with tram stops right by them. The owners and management are also very cordial. Would love to stay there again.

The room was large and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location - there was a tram stop almost directly across the street. Our issue was with the air conditioning. The system was set to turn off after 3 hours - something we discovered at 2am when we woke up to a ridiculously hot room. We turned it back on and then woke up again at about 5:30am - again to a very hot room. We spoke with the staff and apparently there was a setting that automatically turned the air off after 3 hours - which would be fine had it not been getting up to 30C. It made for a miserable 3 nights of broken sleep.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Convenient for city centre, shopping and transport links. Reception helpful and well informed. Apartment was a little too warm, did not have a microwave and a teapot or similar would have been useful.

Comfy stay in the studio. It was very warm, spacious, and clean. In a quiet part of town, short walk to the train station and main area for Christmas markets. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The kitchen area was small. The room was small for 2 adults & 1 child. The shower cubicle is not big enough for an adult to take a comfortable shower. The hotel manager is very rude

Room was outstanding! Loved sipping wine on the balcony (though the view wasnt much) in the evenings and coffee in the mornings. Room was well stocked, clean, comfortable, and quiet! Restaurant was good and was nice to relax with a cold beverage after hectic days.

Fully self contained was great. Liked the shoe cleaning package. Very convenient to tram stop. Didn’t like the way the bed was pushed up against the wall , hard to get in and out.

Staying for 4 days in Innsbruck sightseeing and skiing.

A comfortable, family-run hotel within walking distance of the Alt Stadt centre. Spacious, well equipped studio apartment, which was modern and in very condition. Staff were extremely helpful, providing a high standard of service. Breakfast buffet was very good and food in the restaurant was delicious.
