First of all. The ac was leaking in every room. They fist put us in one where there was a puddle of water at the entrance of the room. The pools were very dated and I even cut my toe. The food. Oh man. Just very bland and not enough variety.its literally the same food everyday. Their snack bar was non existent. To call yourself a resort and lack common decency is insane. The drinks were terrible. Water taste better than what they offered. I regret staying here.

Barely any food, rooms are dirty, no hot water, pools dirty, and so on.

The property itself is really nice. It’s a bunch of hotels in one property. The staff is very nice too. They gave us a room which was in a lower level. The room was humid and smelled of mildew. We had no internet service the whole stay. By the time they decided to check if it was fixed (which it wasn’t) was the night before we left. When you go to this property they try to sell you a membership. They called us on the room phone and said after breakfast they had a present for us. They take you to the membership office where someone tries to sell you a membership. After their sales pitch they give you a bottle of rum. When you’re leaving this place someone else picks you up to supposedly take you to your room but instead they say since you sat through that presentation they want to give you a tshirt. They took us to another location where the guy here was so rude and pushy. At this point our whole morning and afternoon was wasted. We said no a thousand times to the membership but we’re still being pushed and insulted by the second guy. It was really disgusting. I would never stay at this property again. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone neither.

The check in was very slow, kept telling us to come back while we watched 2 bus loads of locals getting rooms after arriving 1/2 hour after we did. hot water only ,3 days out of ten, put on 70 year old folks on top floor.

Room clean

I booked this resort for my parents, hoping they would enjoy a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Unfortunately, their experience was far from what we expected. The first bedroom given was dirty and had a bad smell. When we requested a change, the second room had a very similar problem. It took two changes to finally get them into a somewhat acceptable room, which was frustrating and stressful. The buffet served the same food every day with little to no variety. This quickly became repetitive and disappointing. The staff was attentive and kind, but overall impression left they very unsatisfied.

The roomwere moldy and had a very bad smell

Coming down in October for our 1 year anniversary. this will be our 4th time at this resort in 1 year. Staff is excellent everytime, in every department. Looking forward to seeing our friends again

It's not a 5-star hotel, nor is it a hotel for relaxing. It's a good hotel for a weekend with family or friends. It has many areas for improvement. If you're used to luxury hotels, this isn't the option for you.

Long face employees ruin it for the very few hospitable people

resort was terrible stay.My 1st night I had a clogged toilet no hot water and a clogged sink. I called downstairs and the phone did not work. I had to use the bathroom outside in the middle of the night. went to the front desk in the morning cause it was raining really hard that night. Front desk girl told me she spoke to her supv and to come back at 3:30 to have my room changed. I missed half of my friends retirement party because I had to pack up my stuff in the room and go back downstairs to speak with the front desk to see where I was going. When I got to the desk they knew nothing about moving me to another room and now had no other room to move me too. They eventually sent someone to the room to fix some of the issues but never fixed the phone. I had warm water for 1/2 a day and it went cold soon after. Phone never fixed. The next day came back to my room after an excursion and i almost fell because there was now a leak in my ceiling. It was late and I was exhausted and couldn't call downstairs. I put 2 towels on the floor and went to bed. In the morning everything was dry. I went to breakfast and when I came back housekeeping was cleaning the room and there was a flood on the floor. They called for someone to fix the leak and I stayed in my room while they did that missing some of my day. guest services came upstairs and saw the phone was broken and felt the water and tells me "This is the water temp Dominicans bathe with" terrible cust service to tell me this.

The resort was ok there isn’t many things to do in the resort unless your part of the vip club the buffet food wasn’t the greatest food was always cold and there wasn’t many options on the other hand staff was great the pools were nice !

They show you pictures of the facility that is for members only. And then you book and what you get is disgusting. The food was bad. The room smelled mold

The firts time I was there everything was good, that's why I went back, unfortunately this experience was good as i thought it would be, the same food every day, some dead flies by the ham and cheese, some of the waiters looked like annoyed to be sercing the guests, we had a big issue with the air conditioner the second night it was making noise and when we try to report it, the phone in the room was not working, we had to walk to the lobby and they said theybsend aomeone to fix the issue, never arrived, we had to complain 5 times to get a change room and the fan had a horrible noise too, the lobbie staff was not really friendly, definitely i will never come back.
