This is a fine hotel, noting spectacular, quite dated and showing the age. Great location. If the price is right, a good option.

It is a wonderful luxury hotel very central We had a great stay”, we had two connecting rooms which were large and comfortable.. A big bowel mand water waiting for us. We did not have time to use the facility, but they had Turkish bath and spa option. Highly recommend it. The only thing is I would ask for non-smoking room

I only spent 1 day in at the hotel and it was siimply amazing. I haven't slept so well in ages. The beds are so comfy and room super clean. At check-in & check-out Sefa was amazing and very sweet. I was even given a free upgrade. The location cannot be better - right at the city centre near all services and all the shops. I loved it!

The hotel over all is ok but they forgot to clean my room and excuse was I did not requested for cleaning ? They did not have Buisness center ? Break fast was more Turkish and 90% guest was from gcc? Carpets in lobby was dirty ? No body ask if I need car booking for airport ? With difficulty We found taxi ? People have to be more welcoming ?

Amazing staying

Not a good experience at all. Service was very bad, rooms were not as good as you see in the pictures. Heavy smoking smell in both of our rooms even tough i strictly requested them non smoking rooms. AC noice was loud and irretating. Room service was bad, we asked for tea bags at 7pm and they said mini bar service is closed you'll get it in the morning so i had to run to supermarket to get extra water along with tea bag. Besides reception staff all others were rude. Only advantage was that it is in the city but for us didnt matter as we had our car.

Best location for shopping. In the center of the old city near Meydan. Decent breakfast. Clean. Excellent staff and room service. No pool. No Turkish Hammam. ( under maintenance ). Spa only for men.

This’s not a 5 stars hotel by any means, a reassessment of the facility should take a place. The only thing that is 5 stars about this hotel are the professional staff, other than that the room was not clean at all. In fact it was stinky with a bad smell. The conditioner didn’t work and we had to open windows to be able to have a good ventilation. The hotel is located in city centre so the street noises were loud. And if you closed the windows the room will just turn into a 40 degrees box because of the broken conditioner.
