The employees were kind and attentive. The hot tub wasn't working and no one knew, there was no signage or anything to alert guests. One of the plastic reclining chairs in the pool area broke when soneone sat on it, and there were no towels in the pool area. The room was a bit dinged up, one of the tables was missing a leg, so it was propped up on another table. The shower and toilet area is old and worn out and just kinda yucky feeling. The bed, pillows, blankets and throws were super, super comfortable. The tv was nice and large. I also used the guest laundromat, where you do need quarters to operate the 1 washer and 1 dryer, but they worked well for what I needed. For the price, with the breakfast included, its really pretty decent.

Your web site scheduled the wrong days and would do nothing to fix it cost an extra $225.00 probably won’t use you again.

Do NOT stay here! Room was dirty, especially the floor and bathroom. Old furniture and dated fixtures, even though it was supposedly "remodeled" recently. The front desk even mentioned something about certain items that disappearing because "the drug dealers" steal them!! What?!? Worst and dirtiest hotel we've ever stayed in, not worth the economy pricing.

Loved that this hotel is on the riverfront, but it needs to have a deep cleaning and the air conditioner didn’t work!

We thought the room had been stripped! No nightstands for your phone or watch even. Had to use the chair. Even the pictures were uninviting. Without carpet it was noisy.

Clean well kept property, bed was a bit softer than i prefer, but i slept well. Breakfast of sausage, scrambled eggs and a waffel, amoung other options. Pleasant staff. Will stay again if in the area.

Air-conditioning has so loud noise.I couldn't turn on the AC because of noisy. Room was not clean and left weird smell. Water didnt drain and toilet doesn't flush down. It was really horrible experience. And continenal breakfast was so low quality. I only took coffee but the cup is small staripol cup which is harmpul for hot liquid.

We couldn’t get the room we reserved. Then the check in clerk was not honest. When check in is at 3:00 pm and we didn’t check in till 5:00 and rooms were limited because they were not clean. Our room was partially clean. I would not stay here again.

Room smelled musty and was not what was expected. Pool was freezing as it was filled with a garden hose and hot tub didn’t work

Pool was on the cold side. Hot tub wasnt very hot and the jets did not work. The breakfast was not very good either. The eggs were runny and the waffle maker was not working. Bed was acceptable as was the shower.

The toilet in our room was wobbly and did not flush correctly. We had to jave our room key rekyed 4 times just to get in our roon and to access pool. When we finally got access the hot tub was broken. The two positives were air conditioning wiorked well and beds were comfortable.

Hobby is nice, staff friendly but the rooms need to be updated! Food ok, can’t complain much for what I paid

Hotel was filthy. Staff was unresponsive to requests unless standing right in front of them. We were booked for 2 nights, but left after the first night. Vulgar words written in the elevator. Garbage boxes throughout the hallways.

I liked the location. The hotel was relatively clean. Facilites lacked a lot. Hot tub was cold, only a couple chairs in the pool. No towels at pool both days we stayed. Bathrooms were not attended. Breakfast was very limited.

I arrived after the check-in time but was asked to wait 10 minutes because my room was not ready yet. It ended up being about 20 minutes. When i got to my room i was disappointed in the look of it, different than the photos online. It looked old and run down even though you could tell it had been remodeled a bit. My first thought was what i paid. For a few bucks more i could had had something alot nicer. In the morning when i took a shower, the water was barely warm. The tub was filling up, tells me drain was clogged. Looked like there was black mold on the caulking around the tub. Not impressed. There were no side tables by either bed. I had to put my phone and glasses on the floor while i slept. Will not ever stay there again.

Was surprised to find the toilet and shower was around a corner with no door for privacy and it appeared to be “designed” that way(?). Shower appeared to have pink mold/was not very clean. Main room walls appeared to have been spot repaired” & painted in a few areas.

Stayed here for a softball tournament. Our keys never worked, we had to have maintenance let us in, had to get new keys every time we left. Only one person ever at the front desk so constantly waited in line. The room had no furniture, it was dirty, and the soaps and tp had not been replenished. The breakfast was very limited and the ice machine was gross. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Terrible room....dirty, locks did not work, mold, spiders, cobwebs, live wires hanging out of wall, lights not working , maintenance people requested 4 times and not one person showed up, phone didnt work, desk person didn't care. Hotel halls stunk. Other guests in front of me checking in had dirty sheets, doors would not lock water leaking, people in the room when he unlocked the door to his room staying there. No one working at this hotel cared about anything. Fire the people if they don't want to work..WE won't ever stay in a Clarion again.
