There was a front desk lady and an older maintenance man who were the kindest staff I've ever met, Thank you for being so amazing to us! The property needs better cleaning from the cleaners. The location was safer then most places we looked at and I felt okay being on the bottom floor as a girl

Nice quiet hotel with comfortable beds

The staff was great. super friendly and helpful. breakfast was good and kitchen staff were on point. we made reservations last minute so it was a bit pricey but next time we will book early .

Very pleasant stay

For the price, I expected a place that had more updated rooms. Instead, it was a low end, older hotel room.

Everyone was very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean

We had to go to bend for my daughter’s surgery and they helped us feel right at home here. They helped take the stress off!

The bed, shower, towels, fridge & microwave were great. Only complaint: thinnest toilet paper ever made.

Good breakfast options and a kid-sized table and chairs perfect for our grandkids. Also had milk available when our granddaughter needed a bottle in the middle of the night. Nice pool, spacious suite. Only things we didn’t like were that the a/c unit was not sufficient to cool the room (it remained hot and stuffy unless you sat next to the unit) and the hide-a-bed was extremely uncomfortable. I had to put the mattress on the floor to get relief from the springs and rods in the bed. Staff were very patient and place was clean.

The staff over-promised and under-delivered regarding our ability to check in at 4:00pm. We were told repeatedly it would just be 10 minutes before we could check in. The staff were very courteous though.

Nice front desk associate.cookies at check in. Clean room. Small room with bathroom only a couple feet away from bathroom.

High points: accommodating staff, 24 hour presence, snacks, clean, lobby attractive and airy. Low points: bathroom unappealing and dated; hotel difficult to find, smaller than usual room, Raddison cost and Motel 6 feel.

We got in kinda late and the staff was nice and helpful. She made it fast and was knowledgeable. It would have been great, but the bathroom was not real clean there was hair on the walls of the shower and hairs on the towels, that tells me the towels were probably not changed. The shower was not clean if there was hair all over the walls. The rest of the room appeared to be clean. Food was decent. Family enjoyed the waffles.

Nice staff, doing some renovations so there is some mess and noise at times. Overall a nice place to stay and would stay there again.

Breakfast was very good and the employee working the breakfast was keeping every food item filled and the tables cleaned.

Aging infrastructure makes it second rate and over priced. Late evening arrival found a serious continuous vibration in lobby floor. My room on ground floor and adjacent to lobby had the same vibration but more intense, so intense it was felt through the mattress. Neither the night or morning desk clerk had ever heard of it or cared to learn more about the sensation. As an engineer I could have shared info they might have reported to management.
