Housekeeping. Should be a trusted asset to the company. During our stay they were down the hall cleaning. And talking about there finds and what they kept. Glad they didnt come to clean while we were there for our 3 night stay.

No coffee in room but 24 hour coffee in lobby. A very quiet place and a picnic table in back

The staff was very welcoming, helpful and kind. Encountered 2 staff that went above and beyond to assist me and made my stay that much more enjoyable. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. I would most definitely, without a doubt stay there again.

Bed was a little soft for me, and had some kind of plastic covering on the mattress that made it a bit noisy with movement. But the room was a good size and the coffee was good.

Room lacked toilet paper and shampoo. Connecting doors are ultra thin, can hear next door neighbors clearly, even when speaking quietly. This was an issue because the neighbors were up until 1 or 2 AM each night.

The Room was filthy.Left over food in the fridge who knows for how long .They don’t answer the phone when you called them ,Short staffed after we make them aware of the situation they did not offer any assistance , even after the manager went to to verify we were telling the true. Fast forward I called Expedia to report them Yet they still denying our claim. What a place of business!
