Charming property, comfy bed & nice, friendly staff. Frederick was so helpful & informative. I love the decor. Breakfast was filling enough. They have soy milk but wished they had light/low fat/skim milk. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

We had a fabulous stay! The location was perfect for all the activities we did and an easy walk to tons of restaurants. Great little breakfast place 2 mins away and a nice spot for drinks!

The hotel has a very good location, which made it convenient for getting around. However, my room was on the first floor, right next to the elevator area, so I could hear everyone passing by, which made it a bit noisy. Another downside was that there were no ramps for luggage, which made moving bags around less comfortable.

Right in the heart of the city, but on a quiet street. A short walk from all the sites and great food options around the hotel.

We loved this hotel, the family room was large, the beds comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Didn’t eat breakfast at hotel as we preferred to go out and eat at nearby cafes. Its position was central and it was easy to walk around Bruges which is exactly what we wanted. The staff were kind and helpful.

A quaint property with lots of character and full of original features. Ideally situated for the sights but in a quiet area. My bedroom was large and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and breakfast was lovely with white linen and views of the canal. I recommend this highly.

Good location of hotel. Central but quiet. Rooms were large but in poor condition. Beds were old and uncomfortable. No usb ports. We had issues with mosquitoes coming into the room. Breakfast was below average for a 4 star hotel and I expected better choice. Staff were okay. Could do with a revamp but we enjoyed our time in Bruges nonetheless.

The hotel's location is great, central yet on a quiet street. Check in was fine, but didn't have a warm welcome feeling here, quite cold actually. At least that was my experience as an asian women traveler. The hotel itself is dated but cute and cozy, the room was clean. Overall it's a good stay.

Good hotel but don’t waste your money getting a canal view room. We did not have much of a view through our high porthole window.

The property has great staff and management. Breakfast was good. Elegantly served. The rooms are old. The bathroom does not have a plug in for razors or hair appliances. The stairs are rickety. It’s a historic hotel you need to be prepared for that.

This is such a charming hotel with history. We stayed in the library room and it was amazing. Very spacious and comfortable. It had two windows that looked out right onto the canal. It has some great restaurants within steps of the hotel. It’s also a short walk into the heart of Brugge so can easily access all that Brugge has to offer, but then it’s far enough away from the main attractions that it makes it feel quaint and private when you retreat for the evening. We would absolutely stay here again.
