Smells good. It’s hard to find an hotel room with good smell. This hotel’s room has good smell.

This hotel was very clean, quiet and the location was great for all our activities. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. All Staff were very friendly and accommodating!

I loved the elegance and diversity of the daily breakfast, the courtesy of most of the staff, the charming Italian decor, and the room upgrade. That said, the first evening I stayed there, a frightening incident occurred when a person knocked loudly on my hotel door and managed to open it. Although the door was not dead-bolted (our mistake), it was locked, which caused us great panic. I called the concierge right away, who managed the situation verbally (and sent someone up); however, there was no hotel-initiated follow-up or courtesy given from the hotel, which we found to be quite odd.

We have been vacationing for over 3 weeks and this was the last 5 days on our stop. Beautiful hotel, from the decor to the courteous staff to the central location. The room itself was very spacious for our party of 3. Fantastic bathroom that actual has amazing pressure in the shower! Bathrobes, slippers, turndown service...comlimentary water each night, what else can you want? Breakfast was included and it was like a fine dining experience, from white linen tablecloths to a delicious variety of foods. Finally had our fill of coffee! And the different fillings in the croissants...oh my! The bar/restaurant had plenty options and there is the roof top terrace. Staff gave recommendations, ordered transportation, it was truly the best hotel experience if our whole trip. Highly recommended.
