I enjoyed all parts of my stay at the hotel. The $125 hold on my card I thought was a bit much, considering $25 was the most I have ever done in the past.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Lots of vending machines, laundry, a big courtyard, and a great pool and hot tub. They even have a hose and buckets for washing your motorcycles. Great value.

I'm still awaiting a refund from this hotel. The stay was awful. After serious safety concerns in the family pool, I had to approach the front desk. They promptly offered a refund for my stay. We left the hotel the same day we checked in, but I have yet to get any money back. I would have my refund already if I didn't use a 3rd party booking. What a headache. I hope hotels.com takes care of this situation.

The sheets smelled bad like they haven’t been washed, there was sticky stuff on the carpet, and the closet was dusty. No hand soap in bathroom and the fridge want really working.

Great location and comfortable beds!

There was no bar siao in the bathroom and there was hair in the tub. Biggest complaint is the persin whi checked me in was unfriendly. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Nice big room with good bar. Coffee shop was very slow

We appreciated how easy check in/out was and coffee shop was good. However, beds weren't very comfortable and our tv remote was having issues most of the time we were there. Also the Kuerig and our phone in the room were having issues. Overall, it was clean and conveniently located for our travels, but our room had some issues that made the stay less welcoming.

Nice staff. The room had a few things that needed maintained and probably should have been fixed before having us check in.

The hotel was in a convenient location as to our activity in Billings. Facility was nice. Children loved the pool and slides. Staff was friendly.

WiFi is a little spotty depending on which room you’re in. Entry doors and walls could use some touch ups paint wise.

Over all we had a pleasant stay. The bathroom needs an updated shower head. But the room was clean and comfortable.
