Welcoming staff upon check-in. Highlight was rotating breakfast which offered enough to help get the morning started to explore city. Food presentation seemed to be well thought out with a lot of care. Room size adequate for 3 with a well functioning air conditioner.

Emergency services were across the street if needed. Room was large. Bathroom facility was modern. Construction ongoing daily. Inconvenient to various restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety. Food was served hot.

This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We were there for 3 nights and from check-in to check-out everything was flawless. The staff were corteous and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and they had everything you could want or need to set you up for the day. We will only ever come back to this hotel when we come back to Kraków. Thank you 💗

Good location. Close to old square. Breakfast is very good. Room is clean. Only complaint is the room key. Strange knob thingy I had to lug around. But would stay here again.

Everything was good.

The building is old and full of charm. I had a corner room with three big windows so lots of light. It is about 15 mins to walk to Old Town sights. Included breakfast was very good. They even gave me a to-go breakfast bag before my early morning flight. (I did not accept it as I would have to consume some of it before security and my hands were full, but I appreciated the gesture.) I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

It's an okay stay with a bit of walking (18 to 25 minutes) to the main train or bus station and a bit of a walk to the main town square and dining areas. Breakfast is included in the stay

It was good value for money and was very clean with comfortable beds.

A 15 minute walk away from the Old Town or the Jewish Quarters. Parking. Excellent breakfast and very attentive staff in the breakfast room. Small downsides - no fridge and youth screaming very loud in the yard both nights. Will definitely come back.

It was nice and clean room, only one thing was missing -a fridge. The food was good. Walking distance to Old town.

Great value hotel a few minutes walk to the key attractions and train station. Helpful staff, comfortable bed in relatively spacious room with good breakfast selection. Well maintained and clean. No complaints for the cost, would stay again.

Lovely clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much bother for them. Breakfast was lovely too. On the mornings that we were going out on trips early they provided us with food and water instead of the breakfast. Hotel is in a good location, 15 min walk to the main square. We would definitely return to this hotel.
