We were there 4 nights and I was surprised that no one ever came to check and see if we needed clean towels or the garbage collected. Maybe we should have been aware of how to get service, but there wasn't a book in the room with information about the hotel and services.

Signage to enter and exit the property was terrible. On multiple occasions, I had problems figuring out how to access the parking lot. The hotel cannot be seen from the main streets, and signage is small and in the wrong locations. My room was not cleaned, nor were my towels exchanged anytime over a three night stay. I never saw the advertised breakfast. Just a coffee maker in the lobby. Rooms were musty smelling, carpets were dirty, and tiles in the bathroom were loose.

Despite requesting that my two rooms be cleaned, they weren't. The coffee area is horribly dirty, and the front desk staff is very rude. In addition to that, there is not at least one small table where we can share some activity as a group.

Very budget friendly room for a family of four, a decent, no-frills Motel, but relatively clean overall. Rooms have not been dusted in a while, and are in need of a deep cleaning, but relatively clean overall. Appreciate the coffee machine in the lobby.

This is third time i have stayed at this hotel . This time has the worse experience. . The attendent at the front desk wasn't welcome at all. Firstly they put my family myself in a disability room which I never requested and then the room they sent me too wasn't the cleanest. I also had recommended my sister and her husband to stay there too. They were also so very disappointed. They don't even come to clean the rooms daily . Which is so wrong. I will not ever stay at the Baymont hotel or recommend it to.anyone. They need to be better having the rooms cleaned probadly and do alot renovations because youll will loose cistomers like me. Youll.need to.train the staff at the front desk because that is the first people you encounter when you arrive . Youll have lost valuable customer

I am normally pretty easy going but I would not recommend this place. Curtains don’t close all the way letting in street light and walls are paper thin. Fights in rooms and screaming. Awful night. We had a weird vibe on checkin. Should have followed that vibe.

When I arrived (after check-in time), no one was at the desk. Wifi did not work until the following morning (Gateway Error - tried both my tablet and my PC). Faucet in tub dripped constantly. Very disappointed at the price - I would understand if it was a bargain basement rate, but it certainly was not.
