Very friendly and welcoming staff. Wonderful breakfast

The service was really the highlight of our stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Our room was perfect and we really loved the large bathroom and shower. Breakfast was good and the service there was very good as well. A very enjoyable stay!

A very nice Continental breakfast with a wide variety of items. Also hot options (eggs and bacon).

It served it's purpose and was close to the train station but with walking distance of the attractions down town.

Our host was incredibly helpful to our itinerary questions. The breakfast was good. The only minor points to note are the presence of mosquitoes and the shared bathroom, but these are the personal preferences

The hotel is located in a safe area, about 15-20 min walking to the centre. Staff was nice and gave us helpful information on where to park. However, no one helped with the luggage. The shower of the room was dirty with black lines across the tiles. We reported and they cleaned it. The air conditioner was set to 23 degrees Celsius fixed and even when reported nothing changed, it was a hot room in July, with no possiblility of opening the windows because we were next to a parking lot. The breakfast was excellent and great service there.

Great stay at Hotel Italia, a hotel that blends its historical building with a modern feel. Great staff and top tip to park at the train station for 2 euros per 24hrs if there is no room in their small car park. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

We loved Hotel Italia. It was close to a 1 kilometer walk to the real busy part of the city, but we preferred being in a much quieter part of town closer to the train station and enjoy the walking. Escalators to the train station were only a couple hundred meters away. Breakfast was great, with many options. Staff was very friendly and had many good recommendations.

A very accommodating hotel we arrived early and thankfully our room is ready so we were allowed gain access to our room early. The location was good for the train station and a short walk to the sites of Siena - which are just beautiful. Breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable, we had a great stay.

Perfect location for day trips because it is a three minute walk to the train station, which is part of a mall with a big supermarket. The breakfast is wonderful, and the breakfast staff is friendly and kind. Our room was clean and modern with crisp linen. We would stay at Hotel Italia again.
