Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. From the beginning, the staff was not kind or accommodating. We had originally booked the room for two people but decided last minute to bring our toddler. The room was already spacious enough, with a daybed they mentioned would be prepared for our child. However, they never set it up. When we checked out, they explained that the reason was because the booking was for two adults, which felt unfair and dismissive. Throughout our stay, the staff’s attitude changed once they saw our toddler, and their lack of flexibility made us feel unwelcome. They did not allow an early check-in or a late check-out, unlike the other five-star hotel we stayed at previously in Imerovigli, where the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even accommodated a four-hour early check-in and late check-out. This hotel failed to meet basic hospitality standards. The staff was unhelpful and unkind, and they made no effort to make us feel comfortable as a family. Overall, we had an unpleasant experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here 2014, it is still an amazing place to stay. Staff are very friendly and professional. It’s a very restful place to stay. 😊

Beautiful , clean rooms. Bed on the harder side may be more tolerable if you only stay a few nights. Four very well taken care of pools. One complaint is the pools were really cold.There is a beach which is about a ten minute walk. The hotel has some arrangement if you want a lounge chair with a nearby restaurant who you need to purchase food or drinks from to reserve a beach chair. The breakfast buffet which is free has a nice variety of foods and you can make mimosas. A bus nearby can take you to surrounding towns which will cost you 2-euros. There are many restaurants, stores within walking distance. I also would like to add a majority of the servers are male which I was very impressed with. Beautiful, clean resort. I hope to return to in the future. One more thing get a room with a pool even if you have to share. Rm-311 or 312

Lovely hotel. By far the best in Kamari. Lots of pool options. Very quiet and staff are all super friendly and helpful. Great location. Lovely breakfast and within walking distance of the promenade and loads of restaurants and bars. Really quiet at night.

Service and food were amazing. The resort is also the perfect walking distance from the beach and is surrounded by plenty of shops and great restaurants.

Nice hotel in Kamari, Santorini. Walking distance to beach, cafes, restaurants and bars. X4 swimming pools. Main pool beside restaurant/bar. Pool opens at 9.30am but if you swim at this time you get asked to move as people are eating breakfast. Good buffet breakfast Good pool access room in separate area with one pool. Good size room, clean with hard bed Would recommend

Kastelli resort was exceptional on so many levels and we had the perfect stay there. The staff were so friendly and the food was amazing. Our room was elegant and we really enjoyed the quiet surroundings. We thoroughly recommended Kastelli.

Fantastic location, staff and accommodation.

Even though clean and nice hotel, doesnt look like a 5 star hotel. Cons. Premises are old. Like what you would expect from 3 star ones. Shampoos, soaps etc are poor. No children play area. You wouldnt stay at hotel allday if you have children. No sunbed service at beach. Pros. Staff are exteremly helpful and nice. Breakfast is pretty good, has many options. Pools are fine for adults. Feels like kids are not wellcome. Clean. Close to beach. Ps. When we stay , hotel was not that busy. Things change when it is busy. Having SPA shoudlnt allow hotels to be 5star.

Fourth time staying at Kastelli Resort. It's our goto hotel in Santorini. Friendly and helpful staff, very relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant serves great food throughout the day and the bar is quiet and relaxing at night. Nothing seems to be too much for the staff to do for you. A choice of 4 pools to choose from with complementary towels to use on the sun beds every day. Rooms very modern as well complete with smart TV and mini bar. We were also left a complementary bottle of water in our room every day. We will definitely be going back for a fifth visit.

We stayed in the Luxury suite section, it was very peaceful and had enough sunbeds for the 10 rooms in this area. Breakfast area over at the main hotel was relaxing and not a mad rush. The whole property was very well maintained and beautiful flowers climbing the exterior walls

Lovely property in Kamari. The food is good, the breakfast options are excellent. The staff are super friendly and are ever so helpful. The rooms are very spacious, the telly has Netflix which was a big plus for us come 9PM. The area around the resort is brilliant, restaurants everywhere and beaches everywhere at very respectable prices (fee just buy 10 euro per person worth of food and drink).

Lovely hotel in centre of Kamari!!

Kastelli was the most fun place we stayed in Greece (we were island hopping). We had a luxury suite with a small shared pool which was warm and relaxing with stunning views. Staff was so kind, accessible, and helpful. Breakfast was great. We could easily take public transportation to other areas, and the black beaches were a short walk away. Loved everything about them.

Very clean and nice staff. We got there way too early for checkin so went in to town, they secured our luggage.

Staff and manager were very helpful, friendly. Great customer service, from reception to restaurant - staff engaged, knowledgeable and very courteous. We had dinner in the restaurant one night, simply delicious. The breakfast buffet was consistently described as delicious, fresh, and with many options available. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. I will stay with them whenever I am in Santorini. They made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to our friends. Great location with 10 minutes driving from the airport. Highly recommend
