No issues for the location easy to find and close to dinning areas

It was amazing stay with wonderful services from the check-in until depart. Room was clean and comfortable bed. The view from the window ( floor 23) was a relaxing panoramic view. The valet parking serves was free and very convenient. The welcoming coffee and sweet at reception was a k8nd of the Arabic generosity.

The hotel was great. The staff are kind and friendly. The location of the hotel and its view is great.

Very professional and attentive staff, hotel's management keeps high standards over the years. Starbuck's on the main floor, mixed cuisine restaurants (2) in the hotel, including great breakfast, and pool. Taxis are available in Kuwait so the transport is no issue.

The staff, the food and the accommodations

Very friendly and experienced staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel, every question was instantly answered and every request was resolved on the first call. Service (housekeeping, dry cleaning, room service) was very prompt.

Good central option in Kuwait. Solid 4* with central location. Room is a little basic but comfortable enough and good size. Better than many other options in Kuwait. Breakfast is excellent. Not great value for money but nowhere in Kuwait is.

Trip was wonderful

It was a wonderful stay punctuated by a most awesome and helpful staff. They not only cleaned the room every morning but then would come back in the evening and turn the bed down as they checked the room again. Breakfast was all you could ask for. I wish all my stays were as great as this place.
