It was good stay, breakfast was very good

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was wonderful.

I would stay here again however I was disappointed that my key card kept erasing and I would have to go to the front desk to have them redone. Also my room had a clogged drain whenever the second floor guest would run their water and it would overflow our sink and onto floor. Toilet ghost flushed every 15-20min. I was told that maintenance would be there the next morning, when I returned at 10 PM it had not been done. I had them switched me to a different room. Toilet didn’t flush correctly, the toilet paper holder fell off wall. It would be nice to see some signs that point to the office, the way that we entered the parking lot was very confusing and I had to call the hotel to help me find the office. Property was very clean and staff was extremely nice. The rooms I were in really need updating if you’re going to call them suites.

our stay was very nice . we would stay again when travel through town. It gave us plenty of room for our children and us to be comfortable. Its always a plus to have a kitchen . Breakfast was great with options to pick from. front desk was very polite and helpful at check in.

Was a very pleasant stay. Nice set up and service great.

The front desk threw out a few sandwiches and chips after being asked for the “free social hour”. When asked about the two free beverages, he pointed to the fridge where we had to purchase drinks. He never refilled the sandwiches even though others came in to eat. I had to also ask for my complimentary bottle of wine that was included with my reservation. Dirty sheets and blanket in bag in closet for pull-out couch. Had to ask for enough towels for four and clean sheets. Very disappointed in this stay! Had just left a wonderful hotel where we stayed for over two weeks in Juárez. Very, very disappointed.

Convenience between Fort Bliss and other areas. Affordable and perfect for long term stays. Kitchens were a bit dated, but it worked perfectly in meal preparations.

Great option

We really like this stay. Room was spacious and the environment was peaceful. Just two small notes: 1) I went to breakfast slightly over 8am, but didn’t see many choices left. Cheese, yogurt, etc. were almost empty and later taken off around 8:30am while the breakfast ended 9am (another sign said it ended at 8:45am, but guests don’t really know unless they went there). 2) It’s lovely to see several cute cats in the yard. At first, I saw three, including a black one, grey one, and a golden one. Later I accidentally saw several more black ones. My building was 16. Maybe this amount of cats can be managed better since I saw them stay around the trash can sometimes, opposite to building 16.

check in was pleasant, room was clean, spacious, great for my business stay where I wanted to work (good desk and breakfast bar for spreading out), nice couch so no need to only sit on a bed, comfortable bed, large vanity for my cosmetics and large closet. Very nice layout.
