I had booked two different rooms at different times and at arrival the front desk person only found one room. I tried telling the front desk person that the second room was under my mom’s name, that person didn’t even try to look for it she just said it wasn’t on their system. I then proceeded to pull up my confirmation number to show and again without looking stated there was none. She then stated she couldn’t do anything else and that I had to contact Expedia, which I contacted at that moment. The next day the new front desk person found my second room and had me speak with the manager who instead of trying to make it right, told me I would get charge if I decided to go with the second room at their rate and not the price I had with Expedia. I am home now trying to get my money back from a horrible hotel for a room that I never used. There are many other hotels around the area, I would suggest going somewhere else.
