The river side of this hotel is quiet and the proximity to great dining options is ideal. A short walk to the city centre and parklands. Good service from all staff.

Everything was great

Great location, everything clean. Big issue with noise from downstairs restaurant and eatery next to river. Both are playing loud music until 10-11pm nightly. Frustrating and put a dampener on our stay.

Would choose to stay again.

Only bad thing was that the bed wasn’t made correctly - Donna just pulled up - didn’t mind that the sheets weren’t changed - it was quite strange

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of room was ok, but spoiled by the stained and tired furniture and soft furnishings which gave a poor impression overall. Aircon/heating was too noisy to leave on overnight.

Loved this accomodation, this was the end of a 3 week road trip for us and we felt like we ended in style. The bed was super comfy and the balcony was a good size. The furniture was comfortable and looked good as well. There was a washing machine and dryer and a small kitchen with everything you need, including a full size fridge. Lots of storage in bedroom and hallway, could easily have stayed a week or more. Beautiful views of the marina and very handy to cafes and restaurants and some cruise excursions only a few minute walk ant the end of the pier. Only a 10-15 min walk to the city so a very handy location. The local restaurants were very good and there was a good variety to suit most needs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back soon

Fabulous hotel. Our room was fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our apartment was large and so clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Launceston.

We had 2 connected rooms. There were many issues: - dishwasher that keeps stopping by itself every 5 - 10 minutes. You then need to click start for the cycle to continue. - kitchen that barely has any cooking utensils. - bathroom taps that keep leaking in both rooms. - mattresses that give you back pain. - loud music and cigarette smoke smell coming from the pub downstairs until midnight. It was not a great stay.

Lovely hotel looking over marina and mountains. Close to a few restaurants and boardwalk for great walks. We loved our balcony room. The bed was amazing and great lounge tv area.
