Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Room was clean & spacious. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Easy free parking. Cocktails were expensive in the bar.

We are only there for a night. But was very comfortable. The air worked good and a very clean.

Room was outdated and the plumbing was poor.

The property is very clean, safe, and convenient to I-95, a favorite stop going down to Florida

Great rooms and very clean

The location was close to the airport. Pooler has a lot of shopping, food, etc. the bed was not the best and the pool hardly had any towels

Though some of the employees at this hotel were very nice and professional—particularly the evening front desk staff who were welcoming and accommodating—my overall experience was disappointing due to a few rude and unprofessional individuals, especially the morning staff on Friday. I raised a concern about the excessive noise from being placed directly in front of both the elevator and ice machine. When I spoke to the manager (I believe her name was Caroline), she initially claimed there were no available rooms to move me. Only after I mentioned checking out did she suddenly find a room on the backside of the hotel, closer to the street and parking lot. What made matters worse was that when I returned to the front desk, Caroline and another staff member seemed to think the situation was a joke. Their dismissive attitude was incredibly unprofessional and left a bad impression. It’s disappointing to be treated like an inconvenience rather than a guest. This stay could have been much more pleasant if the morning management team took guest concerns seriously and acted with the same level of professionalism as the evening staff.

Front Desk staff was awful, lacking customer service and not very helpful.

This hotel is uncooperative and unwilling to remedy a mistake in booking. Do NOT do business with this establishment.
