Omg This hotel is a night mare, housekeeping slow and never vacuuming the carpet / room my bed also they didn’t change the sheets The room super small and the staff omg never helping at all with my suitcase etc f**k this hotel I am not recommending for anyone to stay there Of If I didn’t book from Traveloka and have paid for 5 nights I have already left the hotel from the second I walk in. Lobby always crowded and loud . Never ever again. F**k !!

After a late-night arrival at 11 PM, my stay at Dorsett Wan Chai got off to a rocky start—my room wasn't ready. We met Brian at the front office and he checked back-and-forth. Thankfully, we made it to the room, it was comfortable, but the view—a cemetery—was an unexpected surprise not mentioned on the website. While not superstitious, it wasn't the relaxing backdrop I had in mind. Brian at the front desk stepped in, offering an upgrade to a more spacious room, which was a relief after learning how small Hong Kong hotel rooms typically are. Toiletries weren't provided, but they were available for 1 HKD at a lobby vending machine. Drinking water was also missing, with bottled water sold for 7.5 HKD and refills available at a hallway dispenser. The hotel's free shuttle service is handy but not perfectly punctual, so add 3-5 minutes to your schedule. It only offers drop-offs, so you'll need to find your way back. Early flights can be challenging as the MTR doesn't operate before 6 AM, and getting a taxi in the early hours proved difficult without much help from staff. Dorsett Wan Chai offers decent comfort and a central location but comes with quirks. If you book here, confirm room details and plan ahead, especially for transportation. And if you meet Brian, you're in good hands.

The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful at check-in.

We stayed here and bought a room which was expensive for 1 double bed and 2 single beds as written in the description. But it turned out that what was given did not match the description. The words and or are very different. When we protested why only 2 single beds were provided in the room. The staff said that choose one. Want 1 double bed or 2 single beds. The description clearly says "1 double bed and 2 single beds". Which means it's 3 beds. This is called consumer fraud.

Nice place to stay and have shuttle bus to go around the area.

Great hotel but quite far away from the MTR station. The room was cleaned, but one thing, there is no concierge to suggest a plan, and when we ask to make up the room, the cleaning is disorderly. I will love to stay at this hotel. I'll be back to stay with Dorsett again. Thank you 🥰.

The hotel location is near bus stop, MTR, and Tram station so it really accessible. Mini markets are 5 mins away. The staff is super nice. I love that they're really fluent in english.

Good in service, near by to Omar Mosque for Muslim and halal food also and easy to go down to Causeway Bay

Hotel s very cute and use for very great products from Elemis in bathroom. But little bit far from MTR btw very close with tram. There re shuttle bus service, easy for getting around in HK island area. by the way 1st staying , I the got room little bit quite good view cuz lower floor But 2nd staying, we all 2rms got very nice view, and family room is bigger than 1st staying 👍. Great service from concierge, help us from luggages when checked out and use shuttle bus service. Great service from hotel management that we the got about the apologize for missing the shuttle bus when it had protesting and changed the way for pickup location , and missed the time that shuttle bus should be on that pickup time

Hotel is super clean and chic. Located near to causeway bay mrt.

This is my many times to stay at this hotels, it's easy if you want to go to Victoria peak (The Peak) just use 1 bus, and very close to Both Wanchai Station and Causeway Bay station. If you want to stay in the Halal things society, this is the best answer.

The hotel is located in a quite strategic place from Wanchai MTR it takes 7 minutes to walk. Small room for triple room size, but very satisfying the room is clean, and very neat. Everything I need is in the room. To travel do not need to worry because there is a shuttle bus provided from the hotel to the causeway bay MTR. There is a little extra for the staff to be more fluent in English.

The location of the hotel is quite strategic, easy to find and quite comfortable.
