Parking, parking, parking.

The doorman greeted us promptly and was very pleasant and helpful. The front desk clerk on the other hand was unwelcoming to the point of being sullen, did not greet us when we entered and spoke in mumbled monosyllables. Obviously having a bad day.

Really helpful staff. Try their very best to help.

Hotel was great. Unfortunately it was a Sunday and 99% of the shops and restaurants were closed 😔

Always like staying here

We stayed on Friday and Saturday night. Friday night was noisy outside with cars and motorcycles reaving up their engines. There was also a possible homeless person who was flashing us across the street and then came up to our car while we were trying to pack back up to leave. We had our grandchildren with us and this was not something we wanted them to see. The hotel staff was great and they were outside with us trying to get the lady away. One went back in to call the police to have her picked up....this was very much appreciated.

The room was huge and clean. The front desk help was super friendly. And the parking was covered and included. Couldn’t have been better.

The location is excellent

I did not like that breakfast wasn't included nor was parking. Everything else was great!

A great room for our overnight stay, no issues, ease in finding a restaurant for dinner.

This was our 2nd stay here in 2 years. The hotel was clean and convenient. Room was large and spacious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location felt safe. We walked to dinner 2 nights. Coffee bar with pastries was nice. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Little Rock again.

Excellent hotel!!! We stayed there 2 weekends in a row as it was the midway point between our home and our destination. The rooms are so spacious and very clean! The staff is honestly some of the best I have EVER seen in a hotel. They are so friendly, helpful and seem to genuinely care that you enjoy your stay. The second stay we got the room with 2 queens and a pull out a couch which made 3 beds in one room - a family of 5’s hotel dream come true 😆 The courtyard outside was a nice addition for 3 young kids who had been trapped in the car for 12 hours that day and the little bistro in the lobby was super convenient and delicious! Would DEFINITELY stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly

No restaurant in hotel. Just a bistro with little options. Felt unsafe walking alone in the evening.

Room was great - facility very clean and the front desk clerk was fantastic - very friendly and accommodating. The area around was a little rough but did offer lots of restaurants and things to do. You park in a parking garage behind the hotel which is fairly common for downtown hotels but not the most convenient for people with a lot of luggage - especially people with several small children and their luggage also in tow. Overall a good hotel and I would stay there again.

The desk agent was lovely. Rachel was accommodating and very patient. I had made a reservation for my colleague Elliot, and there were issues with the original flight and connecting flight from Florida to Arkansas. I spoke with her several times within a 2-hour time span. She was kind, patient, and very empathetic, demonstrated true customer care, she was next level. Thank you, Rachel
