Clean and comfortable.

The price was decent for the property. My room wasn't super clean but my concerns were addressed. The front desk employees were awesome. The freeway noise was bad. The beds are comfortable.

Nice property with a very helpful front desk person. Odd TV system called Spectrum with limited channels and lots of 1980s-era programs.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and immediately offered an alternate room after it was very clear the beds were not changed in the first room.

Breakfast area needs at least one more toaster. Long wait with just one toaster. Front desk and house cleaning people provide high quality service.

The property was great. However, Just outside the property are lots of homeless kids, mostly able bodied young men and a few women. This is a result of liberal policies, not the hotel itself.

This was a hotel I had to book when the other one I booked turned out to be a stopping spot for prostitution and drugs. Holiday Inn has never let me down, I was just trying to save money staying elsewhere and end up back at the holiday inn out about $100

Some homeless and dirty area in this area

DO NOT STAY HERE. terrible location. Hot tub is OFFENSIVELY dirty. Managers attitude is terrible. Expedia doesn’t protect their customers and I will never use this app again.

Nice clean place

I booked the room online, showed up at 9:00pm for check in, got right into the room without issue, room was comfortable, I had one issue with my key not working after breakfast but it was quickly remedied. Everything was as smooth as I could ask for a reasonable price. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area. The staff was also great at check in and check out. Truly welcoming and helpful.
