Staff was not friendly or welcoming.

The door didn't seal and had bugs and gnats in my room ...the property smelled like something dead..

Had to sleep in the car. There were roaches everywhere and nobody would respond to the night window. Would like a refund and should get it considering we slept in the car all night

We did not stay overnight because of misunderstanding between hotel and online booking i wouldn't book a room through online ever again they rip you off

This is a motel that you can come in off the road after driving all day to worries about being cleaned come in lay down like your at your own house good size tv compared to others only motel I've returned to in 3 weeks on the road will be back perfect midway point on my drive from Alabama to New Mexico quite area very safe surroundings safe to walk outside at 3 am if needed area is very safe rooms are always perfect housekeeping needs a raise awesome motel will definitely be back thank you

Staff was great!

It appeared the room had not been cleaned. There was hair in the shower, and I found a bug under my pillow in bed.

It worked for what I needed.

Me and my girls were there for a softball tournament. Location wasn’t too far from the fields. Great location with lots of things and places to eat in surrounding area. The girls and I were absolutely happy with our stay and will stay again if ever back at this softball facility to play.

Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

The room was great, very quite, and easy for walking the pups. The only thing that we dont like at this point even during christmas travels is the pet deposit has not been returned after our stay, office staff said that after they clean the room the deposit would be returned.

Hotel is clean and quiet the owners are nice I prefer to stay here and drive into Oklahoma City to take my daughter to the hospital versus staying minutes from the hospital Where you see very unsavory things going on! I’ve stayed here in Shawnee over 10 times!
