Lovely property quiet area direct access to beach. Would stay again

Great food, delightful staff, clean and good value for money. Why we’ve visited 3 times in a year!

Stayed many times here as we love it and never had any issues and always been perfect, but certain things seem to have changed but unfortunately not for the better! Checking in was a nightmare and the girl must have been new but made something that’s always been easy difficult until Jorge can and sorted it out. Didn’t see many of the usual amazing staff that’s there and certain food items have been changed for a cheaper version, looks like they are trying to cut costs in many areas but charging more for your stay. €30 for the lunch buffet drinks not included pp is expensive! Especially now the quality isn’t the same

The hotel has potential to get to at least a 4 star as it is in a nice location overlooking the sea. However the staff need further training in hospitality. The breakfast was okay but could have a better variety. The dinner was like canteen service with abything fried using lots of oil. Even the chips were not cooked. We went to other restaurants after 2 nights of poor quality food. Our room smelt of smoke, we had to move. The spa area is extra. The pool area is dirty and full of smoker's.

Overall hotel is very good. Reception staff very accommodating. Rest of staff in the dinning and pool bar area very slow.

Great location, easy and nice walk to restaurants, great staff.

The grounds and buildings were all well maintained and clean. The room was adequate, had a nice terrace with a view. Breakfast was good. Staff were all friendly. The bar near the pool was reasonably priced and had good service. Plenty of seating available around the pool. Not a bad walk to downtown and the boardwalk. Parking spaces were tight. Not used to that. I would stay there again if I were going to that area again.

Great location. 15-20 minute walk to many restaurants, shopping centre, and parks. Loved the beach front. Pool was very clean.

Rooms are outdated and the hotel needs a refurb. Breakfast was good but buffet overpriced (EUR 30). Extra charges for the use of Spa. Pool and bar packed due to business conference. Pool needs a good deep clean. Some staff great, some really not. Travel to area often but wouldn't go back.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, perfect for sitting by the pool and relaxing or having a dip in the sea. Walkable to lots of restaurants and bars.

Great location on the beach with a big pool and bar area.

Great hotel, overlooking the beach. Our twin room was huge with a great view from the balcony. We opted for half board, plenty of selection with food, drinks are not included but there is juice/tea/coffee included at breakfast. Shops/restaurants/supermarkets are about half a mile away but there is a petrol station just behind the hotel and the beach is just steps away. I would stay here again.
