The hotel is very clean and modern. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is very close to Cornish and sightseeing spots.

Incredible service and staff. Received our dry cleaning the same day, staff was always available and quick to help you find anything you need. I loved our stay at the Four Seasons Doha, it’s one of the best resorts we have stayed at across the globe.

So let me share a story. I flew to Doha on 12 June, 2025 and arrived at the hotel around 23:42. I had meetings the following day at 8am on a Friday. At the reception I was told that my reservation didn’t go through and it will need some time and that I should wait for around 15 to 20 minutes. I waited for around 3 hours. I was repeatedly told that the reservation didn’t go through. I was told I should cancel my reservation with Expedia and make a direct reservation with the property. All of a sudden this stopped being a four season hotel. It was something else. I asked the receptionist and duty manager to check me in and settle this issue later. Both made it clear that they will not check me in before the reservation shows on their system. I called Expedia and they did their best and spoke to the receptionist and confirmed that (1) my reservation is confirmed at their end, (2) that the property issued a confirmation number, yet that didn’t convince the receptionist and duty manager to check me in. Finally I conceded. I cancelled my initial reservation. I made a new reservation directly with the property. It didn’t matter to the staff the history I have with this property, it didn’t matter that I was exhausted and tired, it didn’t matter to the staff that I am a platinum member of Expedia, and that I am a frequent flyer. They insisted on cancelling the reservation. They even suggested I reserve directly with them in the future. I checked out at 12.

Great location, great and friendly staff and facilities

My time at the Four Seasons was truly enjoyable, thanks to the warm hospitality and personalized service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by name, which added a thoughtful touch to the experience. A special shout-out to Maddelena, who went above and beyond to make my stay seamless and comfortable. Their kindness and attention to detail made a real difference. The hotel itself was fantastic—beautifully maintained rooms, excellent amenities, and a private beach.

The staff and the hotel were amazing. I highly recommend it honestly I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels but this hotel is worthy. Worth the money.

Very unique!!!

Greatest service I have had in any hotel in the world. There is absolutely exceptional level of amenities and spa care. They really do put attention to detail into everything. Rooms were royaltly. Only thing I would say is the lack of a decent sized balcony but the service and ambience makes up for it

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Doha. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—every staff member was attentive and responded promptly to any requests or concerns. When my room had a slight issue, the team immediately upgraded me to a beautiful room with stunning beach and pool views, which made my experience even more memorable. A special touch was the lovely birthday cake they surprised me with, which made my celebration feel extra special. Waking up to breathtaking sunrise views each morning was truly a highlight. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel Doha and look forward to returning in the future!

The spa is the only part of the property that needs a lift

A surprisingly very busy hotel. Much larger than anticipated. Like the Buenos Aires... the Spa seems to be subcontractor and DID NOT HAVE any Four Seasons Doha T Shirts. Alas.

From check-in to check-out, every interaction with staff was pleasant and professional. The concierge was incredibly helpful, booking us last-minute dinner reservations. West bay location was perfect, easy & cheap to take a taxi to Katara Village or souq near the old town. Food was delicious at the all restaurant, especially at Curiosa.
