Hotel facilities were fresh and clean, staff were excellent and very helpful. Restaurant service was surprisingly slow despite being very, very quiet when we ate there.

It is a wonderful place. Very close to Old Town, and the staff is very professional . I really enjoy the way we were treated. It really makes your stay pleasant.

Close to the market square in front is the park, 5 minutes to main station.

The location of the property is great with convenient parker. Remember, that you need to call in advance to reserve a parking spot for yourself. The overall design of the inside of the property is interesting. The lighting was very bright inside the room & the hallways. and the AC unit didn't work. But other than that, it was an easy and convenient place to stay in Krakow.

The best part of this hotel is the location. You are basically across the street from the old town. So going to places to eat was easy. The staff are actually very friendly and helpful. We even enjoyed a few drinks in the small bar area/room. But if you have the option request a bigger room for more comfort. Some of the rooms are a bit on the small side so if you are with some one else it feels a bit cramped. But it was comfortable for just sleeping.

Great place to stay

This area has it all. The best Western offers a free buffet breakfast in the morning, that allows for eating and heading off to your adventure. The best western hotel is really walkable to so many areas in city center and near the old Jewish quarter. Also, the train runs right in front of the hotel. Everything is so easily accessible. The staff is helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommend this hotel ♥️

A city break and this hotel is really well situated

Great property and staff in an amazingly convenient area. Right next to the kiss and ride stop for day trips and a short 5 min walk from the old square for food sightseeing etc. another short walk to the Jewish quarter. There is a park area opposite the hotel that is well lit at night and the police patrol quite regularly so you felt safe travelling through it even on new years when we were there. Transfer to balice airport was 130zlty and took around 25 minutes.

Hotel is in a good location for the Christmas markets, the castle, the old town, riverside, main train station, tram stops and 10 minutes from an excellent shopping mall. Have stayed here before so knew what to expect, rooms are comfortable, check in and out was faultless, staff are friendly, breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

Our double bed was very small , pillows very soft, bed very soft for our personal preference. Shower small, room was small and warm. Breakfast cups were dirty and very slow in replenishment of food . Well situated for old town .

The location is really good close to everything walking distance right outside of the old town. Good breakfast quality. Shower too small. Room decoration in pink and black carpet very ugly. Good Air Conditioning. very close to transportation.
