Clean room and comfortable beds

The room was not clean. We found both roaches and a lizard in the room whilst staying there.

Staff was very polite and helpful. The shower head was excellent, lol. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but doable for a 1-2 night stay. Breakfast was done very well as well.

We were waiting at the front desk over 10 minutes to check in. 11pm. Front desk lady was helping guests in front of us, but absolutely no acknowledgement we are waiting right next. No hello, nothing. Very poor customer service. Other than that pretty good place. Rusty bath tub, but clean overall. Decent breakfast

overall, the hotel was really nice and the staff was even nicer but when I got into my room, I found a dirty washcloth with curly hair on it hanging in the shower and I was woke up at 6 AM by a car alarm continuously going off. I understand the hotel does not have control over that, but the washcloth was an honest but nasty mistake. Overall i would stay here again if i was in the area. Thank you

Hotel was clean and close to SC Columbia airport. Family of five was comfortable in the hotel room. Yes to the hotel.

Black Mold On The Ceiling in The bathroom which if the maids had wiped down the shower walls it would have been blatantly obvious!!!!
