Clean room ,great balcony with beautiful views

Rooms are small but clean and have a nice view from the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient — everything you need is just steps away. There’s a shopping center nearby for anything you might need, and La Palma is absolutely beautiful and easy to access. The area also has plenty of great food options, which made dining a breeze. Overall, a perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Family of 3, did the half board option and the breakfast and dinner options good and varied each night. Room amenities were good and looked contemporary. A few minutes from the beach, local shops and bus stop outside hotel made it convenient to travel to town or airport. Staff were friendly and always helpful.

It was a nice stay with most of the staff members friendly. The rooms say they are soundproof yet we could hear people in rooms on both sides. The keycard didn’t work on the door into your room more than half the time and I saw others having this issue too. They don’t give you much information on the hotel when you get there so you have to work it out by yourself. We also got trapped in the elevator for a little bit as it went out of service while we were inside. The food was nice and the room was good with a nice balcony and sea view. The hotel was clean inside. The pool had a green tint around the outside so it might need a clean or Atleast a check to see why it’s green. But other than that it was a nice stay with good service from the pool bar and lots of places to sit in the sun as well as in the shade or indoors.

Great hotel. Stopped her a couple of times now and would certainly keep coming back. Staff are very friendly and attentive

2 min walk to beach,clean hotel great selection of evening food and snack bar is great ,good food for good price . Plenty of sunbeds available.

We booked this hotel due to having a 7 am flight. The room was small but clean. Shower is interesting, water goes everywhere. You need to mop when you are finished. We had a rental car and were fortunate we found one of the four spaces open. I did see that there was a lot of parking around but not sure how easy it is to find an open space. Great restaurants within a very short walk along the beach boardwalk. Reminded me of a small South Beach in Miami, Florida but nearly as busy.

It was a excellent hotell with very good location and the food was very good, perfekt breakfast. Very nice room high standard and very clean and verybcomfortmbeds of sleeping, we Will for sure return!

We had a nice stay but Hotels.com shows on site parking. There were only 4 spots for 226 rooms so we had to park on street and it was not a safe area.

We enjoyed our stay but Hotels.com shows parking available on site, however, there are only 4 parking spots for 226 rooms and the area was not safe for street parking. We would have chose another hotel if we had known this.

It was a nice place to stay for getting to and from the airport and Port de Soller.

A very nice hotel for the price. Close to the beach and very relaxing.

If you looking juat a place to sleep ans have something to eat not woaw is ok Location is perfect quiet beach justb5 min walk swiming pool to small long que for a egg omelette in the morning just the hotel need to improve that never see that in any hotel only one staff doing omelette fry eggs scramelet all atvthe same moment and long queu waiting to get your eggs on the morning food is ok have lot of choicea but not woaw. Cleanning ok not woaw and hotel need improvement. But for sleep and shower is ok

Wonderful hotel , the staff are amazing, kind people and friendly. The food is fantastic and wide variety, we stayed there 9 nights and definitely we are planning to come back soon.

Rooms are compact, but contained everything we needed. Pool was great!

Clean room and bathroom, great view, and very good breakfast. We got two single beds even though our reservation said “double bed” and the reception staff were okay at best.

Good hotel, good food, 2 min from the beach. Bus stop to airport and Palma right next to hotel. Check in 4pm (a little bit late if you are arriving early and check out 11am a little bit to early... still fantastic stay.
