Great valuel lovely friendly staff,but cockroach in room so not happy

Hotel is ok but not 4 star, pool was closed, cold not check in till 3.30

Room was ok, clean and in good order but dated furniture and decor. Stayed in a 7th floor room, soundproofing on the back doors was very good, didn’t hear the noise from the nearby bars until we opened the balcony door and were suprised when we opened it to hear how much noise there was early morning. Sadly it couldn’t block the sound of a dog howling in another hotel room along the corridor

The only good thing about the property is the location. The place is very old (like you’re going back in time to the 90s). The room was not clean at all ( there was a stain on the blanket, molds on the ceiling ). The fridge was not working. And to wrap it up, found cockroach roaming the hallway more than twice. And the smell is not good. I’d recommend finding another accommodation.

Hotel is in a bit of a rundown area. Poor parking facilities close by. Easy reception and good service from pleasant and friendly receptionist. One of the three lifts didn’t work and it meant waiting a while. Rooms are large, bed comfortable, clean, decent bathroom. Nice sea view.

The cooked breakfast was cold and poor.

Had room outside Vending machine which was very noisy dispatching cans in the early hours. Street noise from party resellers went on until 7 in the morning. Food was OK and staff very friendly.

Good location close to the beach. Clean rooms but worn furniture. Meals were very basic, disappointing.

I was visiting a friend in Fuengirola. The lobby are is good, very spacious and clean. The reception staff very friendly. The Train bar staff also very nice. The hallway carpets very badly worn on the bedroom floors. The air con in the room was old, very noisy, did not work and pumped out stale air as if it hadn't been serviced for a long time. In-room facilities not good (no kettle, no water, limited bathroom facilities such as shower gel. I understand the market that they are aiming at, so maybe I made a wrong choice

Great staff which were really helpful, so close to restaurants bars and shops. As well as beach on your doorstep

Ellos dicen ser hotel 4 estrellas pero les falta mucho para llegas a Ello no tienen plancha para facilitarle al huésped, la barra de la recepción muy descuidada y la barra donde se apoyan los brazos pegostosos

We’ve stayed here many times. Great location and easy for train and bus everywhere. Buffet breakfast is great. Disappointed pool was closed, as weather was lovely for November. Also noisy at night if room is on the entrance side, as pub plays music till 3am! Not every night, but not good to sleep! Staff all extremely helpful and friendly.
