Staff friendly easy access to roads

I loved the balcony and the courtyard was a lovely view. My only complaint is I stayed in room #217 and the A/C was so crazy loud with a high pitched noise, it made it very hard to sleep.

We enjoyed this hotel,nice clean room,beds were on the small side but still doubles,nice friendly staff,nice pool ,good breakfast selection, vending machines were handy,great location for Baycare Ballpark, good few restaurants in walking distance, namely Perkins and Smokey Bones BBQ, would happily stay here again

It was a very nice experience for us, staff are wonderful!

Manager was amazing and tried to find a room that did not bother my allergies. It is an extremely clean older building. Not sure if there was mold due to hurricanes or tropical storms/flooding or something else but I had trouble breathing and was sick the whole time. I do have bad allergies. Most people would have no problem at all here.

They were so accommodating! Very clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Super friendly staff. Linda at the front desk is very helpful. The gentleman works quietly in the backgroud at the cafeteria to keep the area clean and fully stock

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were cleaned every 3 days. The pool area was very clean.

Adequate stay for the price and age of hotel. Rooms have small outdoor sitting areas, a nice surprise, for families by the pool. I was here for work, found it comfortable with no issues. Rating is based on room related affordability, not luxury. No major issues, comfortable staying alone.

Hotel was average. A little run down and dated. Construction going on in front which was a little difficult. Looks like a long project also. At least through the New Year. Location to River Walk is ok. A long walk in the winter but summer would be tough. There is a new La Quinta 4 blocks away which would be a better option at the same price.

Convenience friendly staff

The hotel was convenient for the destinations that I had to get to the staff were very nice, but besides that I had to deal with a clogged bath tub for 4 days my stay was for 6 days
