Has to do late checkin and the reception was very friendly and helpful. Suggested a ground floor for east access to a great breakfast of waffles eggs sausage and oatmeal plus toast and yogurts. Clean newer property, large rooms and good amenities! Definitely recommended!!

The front desk was helpful and the place was clean!

We were kindly greeted at the front desk when we arrived. Hotel was nice and clean as was our room. Also very spacious and the bed was very comfortable, we slept very well! Breakfast was nice. We’ll definitely be back and recommend to family and friends.

Overall, stay was pleasant. Upstairs guests too noisy, Front Desk notified, situation promptly handled, much to our relief.

The facility is clean, the staff is courteous and rhere are nice selections for a hot or cold breakfast. The mall is within walking distance and there are a couple of restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was horrible, they ran out of food before the breakfast time was over. There was hair in shower. Bed was clean and we were so tired I just cleaned the shower the best I could.

The floor of the room was very dirty. We found mud and rocks on the carpet and socks under the desk. The front desk said they were full house but I didn’t see many cars parked in the parking lot at 11pm. We were on the first floor and the hallway smell stinks. I walked up to other floor next day and found the hallways were much better than first floor. I still wondered if they were full house or they just didn’t want to switch our dirty room.

My wife and i reserved ahead but when we arrived around 10pm, we were told it was full and there was only one room available. The room was right off the lobby with little privacy. The parking lot lights shone through the curtain keeping me awake. The bed was way too soft. Would not recommend.

Wonderful and the staff was so polite and friendly. The staff at the front desk were marvelous and the customer service was outstanding.

My room had a odor aa so as we walked in and our bathroom door couldn't close or you would be locked in the restroom smh...

The bathroom had mold on the shower curtain, around the bath tub . Very very disappointing and I ended my stay early because of it.

King s my with sofa seating area room was perfect. Staff and check-in were great. Look forward to staying here again when back visiting the area.

Water leak in our closet. Son's clothing, luggage, & shoes were wet. Otherwise property was great.
