AIR conduction was not working properly, anything you wanted as simple as sleeper was extra charge and worse elevator was not working and they keep being dishonest to people as how long it’s not working. Plus zero beach. between hours of 4-7 no, means no food or drinks as if you want anything you need to get out of the hotel.

Great location, nice pools, unfortunately rocky beach and sea.

This is an excellent hotel, particularly suited for adults and older children. The breakfast is a standout feature—with an impressively large selection catering to a wide range of tastes. While the offerings were similar each day, the variety is so extensive that you can easily enjoy different combinations every morning. The pools are lovely, though towards the end of the day, some pollen from nearby trees tends to collect on the surface. That said, there are plenty of sunbeds available at all times—no need to wake up early or reserve spots. This really adds to the stress-free holiday experience. The bar serves a good lunch, and if you have a car, it’s easy to explore dinner options nearby. Within 10–15 minutes, you can reach Cala Bona, which offers a great selection of restaurants and some nice nightlife. The sea is absolutely beautiful—warm, clean, and perfect for swimming.

This property is extremely well maintained. More so than other nearby hotels. The location is absolutely stunning. With easy access to the beach, beautiful views and very comfortable accommodations, we strongly recommend it. The staff was absolutely friendly, delightful and helpful. Like many hotels in this area, it’s a family hotel so there are small children running around, which we are fine with, but we realize it’s not for everyone.

Really lovely location and hotel

This was a nice place to stay overall. The pool area and restaurant/bar were really nice. It took a long time for our room to cool down, and the fan made a really loud noise. I brought this to the attention of the hotel with no resolution.

Wonderful property that is stand alone (no other hotels around) but lots of nice walkable restaurants. Spa area was wonderful buffet was superb and service was excellent. We will return! Wonderful little restaurant Cabana downstairs is excellent too!

This was my FIFTH stay at the Eurotel Punta Rotja since 2008. I have seen once again some of the wonderful staff members who were there sixteen years ago, but all are most courteous and welcoming with a sincere "Buenos dias!" or "Buenos Noches!" The carpets in the rooms have been replaced with Pergo laminate hardwood flooring, and it's beautiful. The hotel location is magnificent and is far away from the tourist traps of Cala Millor, but still close enough to reach the worthwhile places there, such as scuba, sailing and so forth. You will not regret staying at the Eurotel Punta Rotja!

It is a solid good hotel in a very good location right by the sea, rooms are big and spacious, clean and light. It is very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is bountiful and good. Fantastic pool and spa very good view.

Location is great. It is right on the sea but is quite and peaceful. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is generous and good selection. In addition to a somewhat stony beach they have both outdoor and indoor pools as well as a fantastic hydro pool

A wonderful location and the hotel facilities are superb. Staff are so friendly and helpful and the quality of the food and drink is excellent.

Terrible.

By far the worst service we’ve had in Spain so far. Some staff were very friendly (especially Vonica) but most of them were terrible and not friendly at all. The staff named Toni was one of the worst experience we’ve ever had. Unfriendly, disrespectful, always ignored us and unpleasant. It’s a unfortunate, but we will never recommend this hotel and will never revisit. On top of that, we were charged for 5 breakfasts when we only took 3. The food was decent, however. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the hotel is somewhat well situated. Getting new towels for the day is a complete nightmare. We wanted to do some laundry, but closed on weekends. We asked on the first day to have 2 seperate beds and it took 3 days for the staff to seperate them. Overall, we had a mediocre experience and we do not recommend this hotel.

I wasn’t sure what to expect and was happily surprised! Great spot to stay with free parking to explore hikes and neighboring areas. The towns themselves weren’t my fav but the hikes and Arta etc made up for it. Wonderful staff and excellent chefs!!! Only place I’ve enjoyed the food from hotels on the island.

Staff throughout the whole hotel are super friendly and kind and always looking to make sure you have everything you need! Always smiling and chatting, it's lovely! Had a very relaxing stay. The pool is perfect temperature, and the on-hotel beach is nice, small, but we only used it to have a swim in the sea which was lovely. There was a raft out in the sea that you could climb on to sunbathe on. The food was a great mixture and catered for all types of people, even at breakfast having all types of milk e.g. oat, soya, skimmed etc. The room was clean and we had a lovely view over the pool and the sea. The bus is a 3 minute walk outside the hotel and it's so easy with contactless to get into the town just 12 minutes away. Overall it was a fantastic stay and very relaxing. Would highly recommend if looking to relax!

Situated in a quiet part of Mallorca. Close to a quiet beach. Good rooms. Poor view for standard rooms fm balcony.

Staff was very nice, hotel was clean, room was large, but in need of an update.

The stay was Okay, but when we booked the cheapest option was "garden view" and the next sea view, but that was not what we got! Then the air conditioning was not working and the room was over 26°c! And there was a smell in the room of cigarettes or weed. They gave us a different room for the night and next day after many arguments changed to another room on the same floor "garden view" and not next door our daughter's room. But other than that the stay was fine
