Our room was quieter this time as it was on the opposite side of the hotel. Room seemed nicer. However, the room was very hot as no temperature control facilities in this room. We ate in the restaurant - the lamb shank was amazing. Pool and sauna etc were quiet which was nice.

Room was a good size - pool area was nice (only a couple of people in there). Able to use jacuzzi, sauna and steam room without any hassle of too many people. We didn’t eat in the restaurant as the food choices didn’t suit both of us. A fancy burger on the restaurant menu would have been a good option as we could all have eaten. Bar food was great.

Average hotel with a 10-15 walk to railway station for train into birmingham

It was a bit boring could do with sum entertainment and you wood get more customer there

within walking distance to the NEC.

Good location for the airport. Room was everything you need for a night's rest. Good range of hotel facilities and food choices. EV charging good value at 50p/Kw. An enjoyable stay.

Easy access to NEC. Helpful staff and options for meals and exercise. A repeat visit & glad to return.

Lovely hotel although a little worn in places.Had to change rooms due to no hot water but staff were great and got new rooms sorted.Food good and staff very helpful.If in area would stay again

About 15 minutes to the doors of NEC. Dpending on the Hall your in, add another 10-15 to your journey. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was perfect for the quick stay. Bed was comfortable. Pillows a little flat, but two were given. Would stay again if going to the NEC.

Smallest room we've ever had here...very cramped for our week's stay. Noisy neighbours next door all night (radio/TV) & not corrected despite the desk telling us they would speak to them. Basin did not drain but fixed it ourselves. Requested fan was provided. Did not use main restaurant this stay, but both bar and breakfast services were excellent. Shower soap dispenser needed repairing. As usual, very friendly staff everywhere.

Reasonably quiet, comfortable bed, reasonable choice of food well presented staff very accommodating when asked how hot was the curry a small pot was brought for us to judge for ourselves

It was a pleasant stay as always as we have stayed here lots of times convenient for nec and resort world very good service staff can not do enough

All staff was friendly and helpful. The third was absolutely amazing! We did not use their facilities at the hotel looked nice. Good parking, easy walk to Birmingham NEC. We arrived on one of the hottest weekends of the year. The rooms had a coollingsystem instead of air-conditioning so the room was quite hot to sleep in but that was the only drawback.

Always good at the Arden
