Located in the center of Catania in a pedestrian only zone with lots of parkings nearby. Shopping mall and shopping district right beneath it and a beautiful terrace with stunning view of the Etna on top of it. Fantastic and very friendly staff!

Sensational staff, Rita knew so much about the area and how to navigate it. Conveniently located and great food options, rooftop was wonderful and we saw the sparkling lava of Aetna. Superb

Lovely hotel located centrally in Via Etnea. Tremendous staff, super helpful in every way. Hotel rooms are mostky all renovated and we were upgraded to a balcony suite overlooking the main strip. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Would recommend to anyone visiting Catania.

We could not have been more happy with our stay here. Absolutely fantastic hospitality from start to finish. Rita at the reception gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and beyond comfortable - it felt luxurious! This hotel is a gem in the center of Catania. It’s right on the pedestrian zone and there are plenty of sights, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The rooftop restaurant is splendid with a view of Catania and Mt. Etna in the background. We were also lucky enough to have a room with a balcony overlooking the street and had a beautiful view of Etna from there as well, which was especially lovely in the morning light. We ordered a room service breakfast on the morning of our departure and were so happy we did - it was a full selection of tasty foods and we left completely satisfied. We will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect for flying out of Catania as it is only about 15 minutes from the airport. The reception will take care of ordering a taxi for you - it really couldn’t be easier!

Location is great , property seems like it used to apartment building and they turn it to hotel. My son left his wallet there and I called over 5 times and emailed every time they pick up and hang up on my face! On the spot they were very friendly but honestly now it’s beyond annoying as it’s been 5 days and no answers yet

The hotel reception and roof top terrace - beautiful but the room was old and dated. Shame no discount for terrace. Service up there was slow and staff disinterested- petty as it’s a stunning view

Nice hotel in the center of town. It’s nothing special but it was nice. The rooftop bar and restaurant offered great views of Mt Etna so I would say that was our favorite thing about the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was average, but priced fairly. The beds in the room were incredibly hard, and the pillows were terrible. (Very lumpy.) But the room was clean. If you were looking for something in the center of the city, this would be a OK choice but if you are looking for something with a prettier environment, I would recommend something closer to the water

Very friendly staff, breakfast was the best, gave us a Togo box for breakfast, central location, room and hotel was super clean. It was money well spent and made difference for our stay in Catania.

We couldn't fault our stay—everything was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was quick and efficient, with Erika being especially friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. Our room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable base for our visit. When we went to reception to book a table at the hotel restaurant for dinner and breakfast, Rita greeted us with a cheerful and helpful attitude, adding to the positive experience. The rooftop restaurant is a highlight not to be missed. The food at dinner and breakfast was delicious breakfast with many Sicilian treats, and the view of Mount Etna made it truly memorable. Highly recommended!
