Excellent hotel with great staff and amenities.

It was construction work at hotel . Lots of noise

It is building work going on large scale and builders start using heavy machinery and drilling 7.30 AM in the morning. There is no notice information in the room or hotel. It was no information about building work on expedia.

A large room with a very comfortable bed. A very pleasant restaurant. Very friendly staff. Conveniently situated for our needs. Pleasant terraces outside to relax on and have a drink and a snack .

We had a great time at your hotel. The turtles were a joy to watch. The area across the street was very pleasant. The breakfasts were wonderful. I'll probably get her name wrong, but when my mom fell and scrapped her arm Sadia at the front desk was on the job and came to our room with a first aid kit and fixed mom right up. She was very professional, competent and handled the situation with excellent knowledge and experience Thank you.

Always guaranteed to have a good stay at this chain. Foods great in the restaurant, beds very comfortable, great set up for dogs with the outside door, and dogs welcome in the restaurant. Highly recommended

very nice costumer service

Hotel has great facilities…with an excellent bar and dining service. Room was a little tight but ok for one night. I found the staff excellent…friendly and very professional. It was busy when I was there - I heard they were full, but it never felt overly crowded or uncomfortable. Would recommend.

The hotel is very comfortable and has a great breakfast buffet selection. Internet connection is good and cleanliness standard of the rooms very high.

hotel needs some maintenance.

The main entrance has lots of stairs. This was important to me because of a past hip surgery. :( Otherwise, no problem at all.

The hotel is near an industrial area and handy if need to visit or work in Brightlands Chemelot Campus which is a 10 minute walk away so handy. Hotel was generally good - rooms a little basic in decor but comfortable, good in the restaurant is good, nice bar area, meeting rooms are good (as is the meeting service) and service generally is good. My only criticism would be that there are always flies in the restaurant bothering you a little while eating and hovering around some of the food (they have some “mist”ers which keep them away from cold fish / meats at breakfast) which isn’t very inspiring on cleanliness.

Once again, enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Hotel Van der Valk. Very efficient and helpful staff, comfortable room. Hotel was very clean, with lovely atmosphere.

The Hotel is well situated for sight seeing,it is well equipped with a very good restaurant and good food the staff are all very friendly nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are comfortable with decent size bathrooms and bedrooms some have balconies and it is a quiet location. Maastricht is in easy reach by train or taxi .Eindhoven main airport is about an hour away.
