I heard a annoying beeping sound the whole night, when I booked the room said City view but I got the back alley view and in the bathroom the shampoo bottle was empty. Thank god was only one night.

Great stay! Service was quick and friendly. Breakfast was really good especially the made to order eggs. Definitely scan the QR code and order ahead so you don’t have to wait in line. Also loved the happy hour each night. Safe and convenient location. Would return.

All staff very friendly from front desk to housekeeping. Always greeted us with a smile. We appreciated free breakfast & cocktail reception.

The breakfast was excellent

The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was so well staffed and the food was good. The pool is small and really shallow, which was good and bad. The fitness room looked super nice (although we choose to use it). The rooms were nice and clean. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but did the trick. And it was nice that there were two metros stations pretty close to the hotel.

I noticed that the house keepers had the pillows on the ground in the hallway. The woman working in valet “corner” was rude.
