The check-in took around 10 minutes waiting in front of check-in counter with the staff member was writing something on computer while I waited.

TV was broken… the technician was trying to fix it. As a result, he found out that it will be a major fixed. So he wanted to comeback next day. But I had plan… I didn’t want to wait while fixing neither I didn’t want anyone is in my room during my vacancy. So no TV for entire my stay. There was construction drilling noise the same floor till around 9:30 pm on 9/4 and morning on 9/5. So I wasn’t happy for that. When I checked out, the person didn’t feel sorry at all. Suppose to be a 5 star hotel… that’s a shame.

The indoor pool, sauna, steam room and gym facilities were first class. The staff in the gym were friendly . Room service meal was terrible. Slap dash burger and fries. McDonald’s is a superior product in comparison . No care at all in the presentation and very bland. When we mentioned this to the lady at the desk when we checked out she advised us ‘give our feedback to the kitchen ‘ The rooms were clean but the carpets were very dirty. The passages were old and tired looking and in desperate red of repair. The rooftop bar was very good. High quality cocktails and food- reflected in the price.

I will definitely recommend this property, the staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful, this was my first time in Poland, so I had a lot of questions in regards to moving around and figuring how to navigate my excursions and travels and they were very helpful, the gym and swimming pool were absolutely fantastic, breakfast was top notch, so many choices to choose from, I definitely enjoyed my stay and would recommend for a first timer like myself in Warsaw Poland PS the rooftop too is freaking amazing.

Great hotel with fantastic accommodations. Clean and comfortable rooms with nice views of Warsaw. Just across from central station and walking distance to many restaurants and main points of interest for visitors. Rooftop bar on 40th floor is great spot for an evening cocktails with stunning views. Very friendly stuff accommodating any requests. If I came back to Warsaw again this would be my choice #1.

Not really a bad place to stay in the center of everything. I really liked my breakfast buffet and I think it was one of the best ones that I’ve ever had in a similar type hotels. The swimming pool was pretty good, also. A good overall value for the money.

I booked a 2 night stay here based on location and proximity to transportation and had a good experience. The check in was fast and the staff was very courteous. The room itself was fresh and clean. The beds were a bit flat but sheets were fresh, overall comfortable. Water pressure in bathroom was excellent. View from our room on 30th floor was lovely, room was front facing. The TV however, kept glitching and shutting itself off, connection to channels was not stable. The hotel was also kind of noisy with construction going on starting in the morning. We didn’t have time to try the gym/pool or restaurants but overall I’d recommend this hotel.

We had a good stay — the hotel was comfortable and the staff were helpful. The location was convenient. Some areas of the hotel feel a little dated, and parts of it were undergoing renovations during our visit, but overall it was a pleasant experience

This is former Warsaw Marriott. For some reason it left the chain. Probably due to high fees. So they decided to run by their own brand. You still can see the left over signs of Marriott. The service is same. Location is perfect.

I stayed in a standardroom on the 36th floor. I liked the amazing floor. The room is not spacious but functional. The is a big bed. Bathroom is rather small with a bathtub in which you must stand to take a shower. I used breakfast 1 time which is rather expensive but with a wide selection. There is a swimming pool too which is used 1 time. The hotel is located very central next to Warsaw Central Train Station and a big, modern shopping mall.

Reno was going on at the time of my stay so occasionally I would hear the drilling noise.

Centrally located to everything. Train station juat across the road from hotel. Shopping Mall close by. Staff helpful and nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was excellent. Everything was excellent service desk from desk room view location foot. Excellent everything was in there five stars. Thank you so much Marco polothe best of Europe from USA. I’ll see you next time.

Fantastic location with stunning views from the room. Unfortunately they had some works taking place in the building which meant I was disrupted by drilling noises.
