Not Clean. Cold, Food is bad

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. They assigned me to an adjoining room without mentioning that. Temperature is high 30s and guess what? Their entire AC system is not operating until late June. I was literally burning inside my room. I left my paid room the second day for another hotel.

The area is calm,the hotel was full which is a good sign. But,there was way too much salt in the food and it made us very puffy and lethargic. Also, could have had more activities and excursions. The room was also not cleaned well (finger marks that are abundant and very old on the doors,mediocre sheets,smelly comforters,etc). Staff was nice

The hotel offers a good value and is conveniently located close to restaurants and souvenirs shops. People at the reception were very nice and helpful and the spa was great. Lovely indoor swimming pool!

Fitst surprise was that the air conditioning was deliberately off because it is to be functional on June 15th as the receptionist says even though the temp was about 110 degrees inside the room and when you leave the windows open to get some air be ready for some mideteranian hospitable mosquito bbbbites that leaves you with some redish itchy pimples that takes about a week or more to disappear. Plus, the sound of a near by disco that plays very loud local music moreover ,they have some kind of a music gathering in their reception hall that go on for as late as 3am with no sound barriers between them and our rooms, so guess what?!! You will have a nice mosaic of heat ,sweat , annoyance,and insomnia.

Very nice hotel in good area,everything is only one step from the hotel,a lots of shops,restaurants,Bars.Also in my opinion I think Vincci resort is the best hotel in Djerba in animation program,music,dance and everybody looks happy .will stay again.

The room was really big with a massive king-sized bed. It also had a lovely balcony, good sized bathroom and loads of storage. Some of the fittings were a little on the cheap side. There is a large swimming pool with loads of sun loungers and space to relax. There are lots of activities going on throughout the day, but the animation team were actually very good at not bothering people, which is very different to other hotels in Tunisia. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard each day. The food in the restaurant is delicious, loads of local Tunisian cuisine. I was staying with a Tunisian who thought the food was really good as well. We only chose demi pension so I can't comment on lunch. If I was being really picky, I would say that there could have been more choice at breakfast. There was no fresh fruit and the main choice was bread/pastries or a cooked breakfast. There are quite a few 'prix fixe' shops and some tea rooms nearby, as well as some bars and clubs. There is a lot more to do within walking distance than at other hotels. The nightly entertainment is average. Also, the hotel itself doesn't have a beach but you can get the little train there each day. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Had to wait for the porter more than 15 minutes before he showed up. I have booked a wheelchair friendly room but it wasn't as a result could not use the shower as it is not made for disable at all and I was very upset about it

hotel room has bad sewer smell. aircondition not working at that heat, only fan blowing. Towels are not white but dingy dirty looking with bad smell. never again

Les jardins sont magnifiques , depuis des années ils ne se sont pas dégradés avec le temps .
