I've stayed here twice now. Both times I was disturbed by noise in the hotel: this trip my room was right by the lift and the cleaner's cupboard, so you hear the early leavers and the mobile phone between cleaners and reception, as well as a lot of thumping and rustling from about 06h. (People - if you have a pre-dawn checkout, please don't shout in the corridors!) I was very pleased with how well the bathroom was cleaned during my stay. I could have really benefitted from room service this trip. The breakfast buffet is good.

Liked the coffee machine and the bathroom robes in room. How spacious the room was.

Air conditioner failed the first evening. We had the manager up two times, including at 2 AM. He just said sorry and we could not switch rooms. We only had one flat, hard pillow each in the bedroom. When they shifted our room the second night to another room, the shower door was not working right and fell off its track, making the floor all wet. Then, one of two elevators got stuck open in between floors. Management needs to fix things better for guests

The hotel was just great. It was a bit far from the hold city but only because we had the children with us. For a couple it's not so far. About 7 minutes away. The hotel is so great and the staff is do helpful.they even prepared early breakfast for us to go because we had an early flight. Riga is amazing and sigulda as well.

The hotel is situated a 25 minute walk away from Central Station and the main central park of the city centre however if you are going to the ferry port it is very convenient. Checking in took some time as the lady was having problems with our booking but after that there were no problems. The lady on reception on the day we checked out was excellent and very friendly. Looking after our bags too whilst we went out exploring and seing the sites. The room was hot and with the air conditioning stuck in winter mode, it was just pushing out room temperature air and not cooling it so we did not have a great night sleep as a result. The breakfast here was fantastic. A massive selection and the fact it was included in the price made the whole room very reasonable. It was the best breakfast of all the hotels I have stayed in this week. Recommended if your going to be visiting he ferry port and a short walk from Victory Monument

No coffee in room. Skylight but no window. Bathroom extractor not working. Bedroom door warped and would admit smoke in a fire. Breakfast buffet layout cramped blocking entrance/ exit. Breakfast food was generally fine.

Breakfast was not good at all, the milk in the coffee machine was sour and I had to tell the staff to replace it because everybody was complaining that it was tasting bad

Close to the museums and a very good restaurant. The hop on hop off bus stopped at the front door

Made a mistake in my booking. Staff was unhelpful. Had to call Expedia for help. Otherwise staff was very helpful and pleasant

The hotel in the city center only 15 minutes walking from old town and only 3 minutes walking from street Alberta Iela where can you find the best art and architecture building in Riga!

We were upgraded to a business room so had a larger room and a coffee machine. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very quiet so a great nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent. We were given a discount coupon for the restaurant so ate there one night. Very reasonably priced and delicious food. Definitely worthwhile eating there. Beautiful area and near the Art Deco streets. Supermarket a few doors away. Definitely return if visiting again.

Quite well appointed hotel, close to centre with pleasant helpful staff. My only suggestion would be that they served real orange juice at breakfast and english breakfast tea

Very clean with good service. Rooms were spacious with a very comfortable bed, heated floor in the bathroom was a nice touch!! Plenty of choice for breakfast and restaurant well priced too. Great location if you don't want to pay the price for hotels in the old town as just a short walk away.
