Walking distance of tons of places to eat, a big grocery store and shopping

Very nice hotel, great breakfast! We took the shuttle to the airport to get on the Train to go to Wrigley and it was very easy!

The lobby front desk staff were excellent. Very helpful and courteous. We did have a small issue that was a result of housekeeping which I did corrected myself but also directed to the customer service. The rest of the stay was good.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. The pool was a decent size and there was a hot tub, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was good--eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, juice, make your own Belgian waffle, etc. Laundry facilities were clean. They had 2 washers and 2 dryers, $1.25 per load. The bed was super comfortable, probably one of the better nights of sleep I've had in a while. The area around the hotel was fine. Near a Home Depot and Sam's club. About 20-30 minutes from Cincinnati.

Rooms are nice and cozy!

This hotel is very old, our room had an odor like there had been water in the carpet. Had to ask every day to get fresh towels and bed made up. Breakfast was a joke, what little food they had was terrible and biscuits were cold. They told me gravy not available, but the front desk had told me, prior to checking in, omelets and gravy both would be at breakfast. We will never stay there again

We LOVED having a suite!!! Our room was FANTASTIC! The hot tub didn’t seem real clean though and the pool area kind of out of date and no windows made me feel uneasy. The from desk staff were friendly and helpful!

How close it was to the airport amd restaraunts.

Nice 1 night stay, pool and hot tub were very nice, floor in pool area very slippery when wet. Breakfast was nice, room was clean and upgraded, pet friendly
