Need to improve on customer service

Good hotel, great staff in below average area.

Staff friendly, place clean but the are unsafe

The hotel is good, the buffet breakfast was very nice and the restaurant at the terrace is very enjoyable. The area is not the best, i felt a bit uneasy walking around at night but on the other side there are great local restaurants around where the locals eat which offer excellent food for a good price. In general my experience was good. I would come back.

Hotel and staff were good, only the area is not safe so you should be careful

The hotel is good and comfortable; the only issue is that the area is not safe. However, everything else about the hotel was excellent.

the staff at this property VERY RUDE I cant believe this employees NOT SURTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, sense the moment i did my checking the guys was Rude.

Delicious breakfast, clean comfortable room and a good price, helpful staff at the front desk, the area looks a bit sketchy but it is safe I had no problems and it’s walkable to omonia square and it many cafes

This property was located to access multiple things and the staff was friendly.

The staff where very nice and helpful. The area doesn't look safe, however we walk around even night time and we didn't have any issues.

Due to booking last minute and only staying for 2 nights, it was decent. However the bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The rooms were very small which made you want to visit the area around but it’s not a good walking area due to the drug users outside which is out of their control. It would have been nice to have more dining options on the rooftop eating area.

The hotel was at a good location, but that was a little bit nosey. The staffs were nice, the breakfast was good with a lot of choice of food. This hotel was age, it needs remodel and update.

Conveniently llcated

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent place. Very accommodating. Will definitely think about this hotel when we come back to Athens. Btw, breakfast is also awesome. Uber accessible and easy to find. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future! Thank You Golden City Hotel. You made my family’s stay in Athens very very comfortable. Definitely 5 STARS!!!!!
