Cat friendly environment made me love the hotel even more,staff were extremely friendly and professional at the same time,rooms are spacious and very clean,food variety and taste was simply amazing absolutely nothing to fault 5 star impecable service I will be staying here everytime i visit Antalya I highly recommend stay here family friendly with lots to do⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful hotel great service

What a beautiful property with plenty of food and what a fabulous place to spend time with family.. All you need is your sunscreen rest they provide. It's a must stop on your visit to Antalya. Love it

It’s a very dated location. Looked like we were in the Ghetto. Poor service at the cabana rentals and same buffet food every day. Not a good variety and no advertisement of the alacart restaurants.

Overall amazing if you have kids , honestly the slides and facilities are fantastic! The only let down was the food as it was quite bland but the variety was great. Really worth it for families and the shops are opposite the hotel

I’ve been Antalya 10 times now. This hotel was the worst by far. Hotel looked old and tired, the slamming doors each and every night was a big issue, food variety was very poor.

In the room there were some noises such as in the restroom from ve air vantilation.Even I told them to fix but no body showed up so. Parking lot was packed.

The service was great, but the rooms were a little small. I requested a room change at the front desk, but they didn’t follow up with me. I was sure there were plenty of vacant rooms available to replace it, but they ignored my request. Overall, based on my experience, this hotel deserves 4.5 stars. Great job with the dining area customer service!

Guest relations staff and restaurant staffs were amazing. Reception staffs so slow and doesn't do it unless you ask/remind them 3-4 times. Food was great! However the whole property needs to be renovated and cleaned properly! Some areas (level -1) smelled!
