Was in town for a Juvntus match. Hotel is an easy 40 minute walk or 20 minute transit ride. Also an easy bus to the city center. Hotel staff were the best and very proactive. Loved them all.

Soggiorno positivo, l'hotel è comodo e lo apprezzo anche per il fatto che ha un garage che permette in qualsiasi momento di trovare posto, visto che la zona è parecchio trafficata. Però....18,00 € al giorno.....non l'ho pagato nemmeno a Porto Cervo in Costa Smeralda! In camera: nulla da dire per pulizia e confort del letto. Mi sembra però che lasciare solo una cialda per la macchinetta del caffè sia veramente miserabile con i prezzi che state applicando e visto il costo delle cialde! Bisogna calibrare se prendersi un caffè prima di andare a dormire o tenerlo per la mattina..... Sarebbe bene aggiornare anche le prese vicino al letto. Ormai c'è sempre più bisogno di una presa vicina al letto per caricare cellulari o altri accessori. Per trovare la presa, bisogna fare i contorsionismi per attaccarsi sotto al comodino.

Excellent property and value for money.

The hotel was great but the room was like an oven, 12 degrees outside and 27 degrees in the room. Not sure why the air conditioning is not working, but it made sleeping a big problem and makes me want to find another hotel.

Usually everything is perfect in this hotel. Not this time. The bell of the garage gate was broken but there was no advice of that. It was raining a lot and 5 minutes under the rain ....it's enough to be completely wet and iced in the morning, impossible to have a warm shower: only a little warm But the price was full as usual....

Very good. Perfect location if you are in town for soccer game

It was a very nice place, clean room, perfect service, speak English and French which is very helpful

like: the reception staffs were very nice, always answer my question with smile.That location of the hotel is very convenient to get public transport. The heating pip in the bathroom is excellent, it can dry the towels and small clothes. Unlike: the air conditioner was very loud and some time too warm, need to open window to get fresh air, but my window is towards to street, which is a little bit noise when I open window. It would be great if having more choices in breakfast. Rest all very good.

Very nice hospitality. We were allowed to keep bicycles inside the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Look for another hotel, do not stay at this hotel.

AWFUL POSITION IN THE CITY

We were in town for the Juventus match and the stadium was not too far from the hotel and the airport which is why we picked this location. I would say the hotel is okay, the rooms are not bad, very thin layer of carpet cleaning n flooring so you have extremely hard concrete floors, basic bed and bedding shower and bathroom. There is a nice bar and restaurant but they did not open until 7pm. If you’re here for a game it’s a good location, other than that maybe consider the location as it’s very separated from everything.

Hotel was selected as it was near to meeting. Not much around but hotel was clean, free parking outside and quiet so no complaints

Liked that it was a good distance in between downtown and Juve stadium, and they held our bags for us while we went to the game before check in. Did not like that the front desk held our passports for a really long time at check in. Told us to go up to our rooms first and we’d get them later. When we went back down a few minutes later (since hotels usually take 3min for this process), the man at the front desk gave us attitude and said “they’re not ready yet, come back later”. Those are our passports!!! Did not feel comfortable leaving them for that long. Additionally, a few things in the room were run-down. Shower door didn’t close, drains were clogged, and hairdryer was broken. Also it was pretty noisy.

Fantastic hotel, spotlessly clean with wonderful staff who were extremely helpful and full of local knowledge especially at reception. Room was great, very clean and comfortable with brilliant views over the rooftops of Turin. Breakfast was plentiful and a great selection to choose from. Only drawback is the distance from Turin centre which is about a 30 min walk, but plenty of bus stops outside for only €1.80 into centre. Can't wait to return as Turin it has a fantastic history and we would certainly stay here again without question. Thanks to all who made our stay so memorable.

Decent hotel, just not many restaurants around.

Le camere necessitano di insonorizzazione: le porte sono praticamente "trasparenti". Si sente volare una mosca nel corridoio, quindi non oso immaginare la privacy che c'è nella stanza.... Dal corridoio molto probabilmente si sente tutto !
