The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Michael was our staff person who cleaned the room and did everything else that was needed. He was exceptional. I enjoyed the modern feel of the property and the spa is five-star. I highly recommend using the amenities available.

Overall it was ok , but it didn't feel like a nice four star hotel . It just did'nt feel welcoming and comfortable at all.

Location good , I went to bus tour so pick up place is just 2 min from hotel. Even very close to ferry terminal. Everything convenient

Great room but parking is dangerously difficult unless you have a super compact car

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, but the hotel room smelled bad, had no air circulation, had semi-clean sheets, and left us both with itchy red marks on our legs and torso.

Dripping AC all night

We splurged and stayed in the Agata Suite which was an amazing choice! We loved the room, and the hotel's location was wonderful. We felt safe in the area and could walk to any destinations around the city.

Some walls were scuffed and marked.

The location is great and there is a bus stop just over the road from the property (we got the bus from San Vito Lo Capo and the bus to Palermo Airport) which was useful. We checked in slightly early as our room was available. However, there were hairs on the bed and the bathroom was dirty. We changed rooms which was cleaner but the rooms themselves are not great. They are very average with not much to them. For a 1 night stay it was okay but we would not return.

The hotel was very dirty. Looked way different than online. Shower corners nver cleaned. Shelving in hallways so coated with dust, looked like never wiped down. Sheets very hard.

Our stay was nice. The room was well equipped and had nice amenities. The breakfast was very basic and didn’t have a great selection.

Good location but parking very difficult

the staff was very helpful and the lobby/restaurant area nice but the rooms could have been nicer. Liked that there was no noise from streets but it was a bit out of the way compared to where we needed to walk to see other historical areas. Bus stop close by to get you across town or to the train station.

It’s well located and the rooftop breakfast is nice. Rooms are nothing to write home about. It’s a decent place to spend a night.

The location is amazing and rooftop restaurant was also very good. Unfortunately our bathroom smelled like sewer the whole time and no one fixed it even thought we asked. In addition when we had a non alcoholic drink delivered with alcohol by mistake, and the person who ordered it with alcohol got the non alcoholic drink, they just switched the straws instead of making new drinks (and we didn’t even know the other person), they told us we couldn’t have an iron because it was a safety hazard. In addition the blow dryer only gave cold air (again for safety). So ridiculous! Overall a very basic hotel with low customer service and would never recommend or go back

This property was in a great location. The staff was unconcerned with the sewage smell in our bathroom that never went away. The rooms were very basic, not very clean. THe restaurant food was surprisingly good, however the waitress accidently switched an non-alcoholic drink with the alcholic version and after both had sampled the drinks and called it out- she just switched the straws instead of giving each a new drink! These people didn't even know each other! Staff was cold, aloof, unhelpful, and just plain dont care about customer service at all.

Very nice visit. Staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming.
