Convent and nice

Fantastic room and in walking distance to most things. Whole process is remote - you get a door code for your room - no reception or anything.

Excellent location, friendly staff, nice rooms, wonderful restaurant.

Caution about access ramp at second door. Very steep.

Excellent location across from the Cathedral and close to the City tour bus starting point. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the sloping ceiling in my room - I still have the bruises from my first night!

The biggest problem was the Chek in. Had to do it thru a camara and the workers they had available can't help you with anything.

I enjoyed this property, but check in was quite odd. They were to send me instructions before I arrived as to various codes, yet I received nothing. The concierge was only there limited hours, and had I missed her, I would not have been able to get into my room - so be aware of that before you book. It was easy access and easy to use the cathedral as a compass.

Nice clean hotel, staff were pleasant but we had minimal interaction. Didnt spend much time in hotel, but it was great location and excellent value.

Amazing central location right next to the bell tower and cathedral! Super easy check in and check out. No key cards (they text you your room code) so no need to worry about having it on you all the time. Room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Lovely towels and chocolates on the pillow. Bottle of water each provided free of charge. Really useful to be able to store our luggage in the luggage room on the last day as we had a late night flight.

Lovely stay- everything was perfect!

Very good location, close to every touristic atraction. Rooms are pretty big but need refurbished, the furniture looks very old. We have just one radiator in the room which barely worked. The AC didn't work at all. We asked for an extra heater, which solved the problem. Even so, nobody came to try to fix the AC during our stay. Also, nobody came to clean our room in three days. You can say the hotel is a good value for money, but that is about it.

It is right in the center of the town conveniently located close to museums , restaurants, bars , transportation. There is a restaurant inside the hotel that serves breakfast & dinner. There is buffet style breakfast on the weekends. The service crew was courteous & polite . The rooms could use a little sprucing up ! The first room we were staying in was a suite . Both thermostats (2) were not working ; the bathroom fan was not working; the shower door can not hold the water ; the door locks were damaged , so you can not close the door ... The second room we were staying was a Deluxe room with interior window. The carpet was stained. The bathroom fan working , but the light was very dim . You could smell cigarette smoke all night coming from the vents. The front desk service is available till 8 pm only, though exterior hotel door is open till 11 pm. I'm not sure what would happen if you arrive after 8pm? There is no gym in the hotel , but there is a beauty salon.You could run outside , but I don't think you should : the streets and sidewalks are very uneven ... Otherwise : it was great !

Furniture and carpet in the room was in a bad condition also a bathroom wall had a large crack. Staff was not helpful. Nice restaurant good breakfast and a beautiful view

Fantastic hotel in an ideal location, right opposite the stunning cathedral. Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. My room was amazingly spacious and had all the amenities I wanted.

Really lovely hotel, perfect location, great breakfast, lovely rooms and staff. Check in was a bit strange but once we'd been sent the info we needed it was easy enough. We extended our check out to 12pm with no issue and no extra payment required. The only thing we would have liked was a price list for the mini bar, we didnt have anything from it because we didnt know how much it was. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
