Nice employees. Elevator broken. Microwave broken or unplugged? No hot water in morning until 8 am. Alarm set for 5:30. Could not turn it off so I unplugged it.

The perfect was Jordan. She could teach customer service. She insured our room was on first floor due to my lack of mobility. I require a walker. Your night desk 9/4 Nyla I believe is her name should not be in customer service. She allowed a guest to block 6 spaces by the back door entrance cutting those of us who needed it out. Big truck and trailer with car on it. She boasted I don’t see a problem and I approved it! She also told me there were handicapped spaces which at the time and at night are full and by the front door not by our room. Her attitude was too bad. “ the hotel is not full and YOU can find other spaces!” I asked why he couldn’t park by the fence to which she said it interferes with trash pick up! Well as someone who has seen even semi cabs parked there and many spaces taken on privies visits this is not true. Him blocking 6 spaces there would allow others to have their one space by the door! To which I was informed the mgr is back after Monday you can take it up with him as I approved it!” I had to ask her 3 times for her name as each time she referred to herself as the night desk staff. I can’t park 6 cars in your lot for my one room so why was this approved. In light of the fact that when we checked out the elevators were still broken day 7 and every guest on 2nd and 3rd floor had to use the stairs thanks for obstructing their entrance and departure by allowing this one guest to block the back entrance with his sideways parking! Disabled beware.

We were looking forward to staying here again since we had a positive stay before. Unfortunately when we checked in we were informed that the elevator was out of service. Then driving 4 hours to arrive and finding out that the spa was out of service was very disappointing.

My stay was awful. The bed was extremely uncomfortable—I barely slept a wink. The bathroom was disgusting, with a half-dead roach crawling around. Completely unacceptable. I will never stay here again.

This hotel has easy access to Highway 99, with restaurants and a Starbucks nearby. It is clean, well maintained and the staff is friendly. However, neither the elevator or the coffee machine in the breakfast were working. The elevator was not a big problem, but NO coffee??? Of course, I went to Starbucks!
