La cama no es cómoda ni las almohadas tampoco. El hotel es lindo, moderno y céntrico.

The hotel was clean and really well located. An easy walk to placa catalunya. Some nice tapas bars nearby and a really diverse area. It was so lovely being really close to the metro. I think what really made the stay wonderful was the lovely friendly staff they were so helpful. The pool was a great addition too and a welcome do at the end of the day.

Excellent service. They had our room ready early, which we appreciated after a long transatlantic flight. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Decor has a modern look. Hotel was very safe and located near all the major sites and transportation.

Hotel is centrally located and close to Metro but in a homeless infested area where the police clear them out every evening and morning

We had booked three rooms for this holiday and I really appreciated the upgraded room with no extra cost, the service overall was excellent. However in the upgraded room there was quite a lot of noise coming from the outside as the room was opposite a park and just the floor above the outdoor lounge, there were people talking and shouting for a long time into the night and were still chatty by 1am–3am. We were very happy with Alessio’s service and enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Amazing hotel, love the rooms and the staff. Good simple breakfast and a comfy bed. Food AC especially with a best wave. Parking available on location and affordable for Barcelona. Amazing reception at check in .. overall amazing food and location

Great location to get to places.

It was good generally, but the room was so dark totally. The morning buffet was so nice and all staff were kind.

Staff were excellent and Frederico is one of the best Hotel employees I’ve met in a long time. His customer service went over and above, with any and all issues.

Dirty rooms

Great staff. Lovely little pool and rooftop lounge area.

Hotel is ok, clean and convenient. Bed and pillows were not all that comfortable (firm, thin pillows). Staff friendly

Loved the location of the hotel, not in the super busy part of the city. Back behind it was a lovely quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping. Was close to the metro and walkable to the busier parts of town. We loved the rooftop pool which we used a few times during our stay to cool off and relax after sightseeing. What we especially loved was the helpful staff at the front desk, specifically Roberto. He told us what sights to see, what neighborhoods to avoid and helped us figure out how to use the metro. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay at Soho
