The suite was bright and spacious, and the hotel's front desk staff were very helpful. The duplex suite offered plenty of space — it could easily accommodate a kitchenette or similar feature, which might enhance guests’ comfort. The air conditioning on the upper floor wasn’t working during my stay, and the unit on the lower floor overflowed daily, so addressing this would make a big difference. I also didn’t notice any visible recycling facilities, which could be a great addition for environmentally conscious guests.

The room provided was nothing like the description or pictures on the Expedia website. Double/Twin rooms are NOT soundproof, do NOT have a mini bar (they have an empty fridge), do NOT have a separate sitting area and you CANNOT nominate your preferred bedding configuration.

Booked In A deep tissue massage. That was great. Four of us booked the. 90 aqua session. It was a terrible experience The spa staff not very nice and nothing was explained to us ahead of time. We didn’t do it we left

Perfect hotel in Ferrol

This is a fantastic hotel with a top class spa. Really great rooms, great staff and a great price

Our stay mostly consisted of roasting like a turkey on Christmas Day throughout every night. Shoddy air con at best. We asked for the air con to be fixed before finding out that it was actually supposed to be working fine. Room temp was approx 100 degrees. I asked for fan at front desk and they laughed in my face and said "it's so hot". Asides from that room was big, cleaning was minimal but beds were made. Nice enough breakfast. Spa was good but ironically actually not that warm.

This is rated a 4 star hotel, however I don't think it deserves this rating. The rooms are comfortable and clean but I think the bath should have a nonslip surface and there should be a rail to hold onto when getting into the bath. The cafeteria does not offer or other food unless the restaurant is open. The buffet breakfast is abundant. The restaurant only offers an evening meal with a set menu of limited choice and no vegetarian options. We did not use the spa facilities.

The hotel is situated just outside the town, however it is right next to a shopping centre and by a supermarket and a few bars and restaurants. We had an excellent stay!

The hotel is very well placed for shopping as it is next to a big shopping centre as a consequence there are no views from the windows. General impression of the hotel is of a modern, well-equipped and light building. Reception was quick and the staff helpful and friendly. Rooms clean , well-equipped, and quiet, beds comfortable. They only serve breakfast and evening meal both of which were adequate however there were few vegetarian options. The staff was friendly.

The cleaning lady was putting my travel bag toiletries in the toilet seat... why ? I don't know

Great location near stores and bars!

This was my first visit to the area and was recommended the Hotel Odeon. It's located in a business retail area and next to a moderate shopping mall. The hotel was acceptable, but not outstanding. Staff were friendly and the room was of an acceptable standard. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was fairly typical for Spanish hotels. The dinner was quite limited - a set price table d'hote with a limited choice - this may be because of the time of year. The hotel is around 100m from the water, although it's not very scenic in this part of town.

The hotel location was great for me. Minutes away walking distance to all the activities I wanted.

I was very impressed with the hotel. The dinner was very good and at 13.50€ very good value, 3 courses inc wine and coffee. The breakfast was also good. Bacon and eggs. But the price you charge 10 UK pounds far too much when you see the price of dinner. I stayed in other hotels and Breafast was 6€ 4.50 UK pounds. All the staff where lovely. One, her name Mar (sea in english) such a nice woman. The undergound free parking was also great for me as I drive classic cars. I am going back in july when the weather is good.

Great spacious room. Plenty of parking nearby. While we did not eat in the hotel this time, the breakfast buffet looked great. Plenty of space to load and unload luggage.

Easy to find as all you had to do was follow the signs to the industrial estate. Surroundings were poor. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful.
