The lack of amenities in the bedroom

Idingshof is a very nice and well managed hotel. We like the place, parking and restaurant. Of course staff is very nice and helpful. There is also a lake nearby where one can take a walk after a long day in the car.

I purposely choosed this hotel because it was mentioned that there is GYM. But unfortunately GYm had only tredmill and bike nothing else

The check in was good. The room lack basic amenities. The experience was not good,I used to like this property in my pervious stays. The people are good though but there cannot be good experience with the preset setup. I won’t stay here again, will prefer AKZENT next time.

What makes Idingshof is an amazing hotel? It is the staff - hardworking, friendly and helpful. Really enjoy staying there and will be back.

Not a four star hotel, more like three star, but very good restaurant

The property was set back from the road, to get to the car park you travel down a very pretty tree lined path. We arrived very late, but gained access as the reception is open with a member of staff. Check in was very fast. The rooms were clean and tidy and the beds very comfortable, we all slept well. The breakfast was served by very nice staff at our table, there was plenty to choose from. Overall I am very happy with the hotel, I felt safe with the measures in place to minimise the risk of covid 19. There were many places to sanitise your hands and clear notices on the floor about social distancing.

Even if i came late and ordered over internet the security man and a nice woman from the restaurant fixed it. Maybe the management should consider to let late bookings be printed out automatically to make it easier for these people who not are receptionists? Else the hotel is very good with a lot of parkingspace ,and it is suited for people who wants to relax or guys who comes from the autobahn like me. There is good eating and a bar ,and result-orientated staff. My recommodations

We only had an overnight stay arriving late,staff at night and in morning were both polite and very helpful

The hotel is conveniently located for travellers heading towardsthe UK by car. It is in a lovely building, and is dog friendly. Our room was spacious enough and sparkling clean. The bathroom and shower werw both clean and modern. (The shower was powerful and warm). The staff were a complete delight, really hospitable. There is a public pool nearby and a beautiful lake with a path the whole way around it for doggie walks. This hotel is a fantastic find. We'll be back.

As an elderly persons the whole experience for us both was terrific. The Hotel staff were brilliant. We will have no hestitation on using this hotel again.

I stopped here for one night whilst driving through Europe. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the rooms very comfortable and completely refurbished. Breakfast was really good too.

I booked a single room which although small was well equipped and more than adequate. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. There was a wide variety of choices for breakfast. The staff were friendly and spoke very good English. The only downside was that, in common with many German hotels I have stayed in, there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There was a bottle of mineral water, although it seemed that there was just the one regardless of the length of stay. The grounds are pleasant and well maintained. I would stay there again if in the area

I love this hotel. Always try to stay here when possible. Food and service are great and the rooms are currently being renovated so they look a little more modern (very 90s previously). The only issue this time was the renovation work starting too early in the morning.
